The facility is amazing, great place and awesome people. Definitely recommend going here for a great day out for all ages and skill level!

I took my 16 year old son for his first dirt bike experience on a wet and windy day out. Despite the whether we had a fantastic day and well worth it on all levels.
This started from the moment we arrived and we were warmly welcomed by Mandy and taken through the initiation process. After that we were in James's very capable hands for the duration of the training process and then on to riding by ourselves. Jams has a wealth of knowledge and this is clearly in his wheelhouse from a teaching and coaching perspective and happy to share that with his "students"
I would highly recommend this activity to anyone out there young, old, family, friends etc as a great bonding/learning experience and you couldn't be in better hands with James and Mandy and the team.

Amazed at our first time experiencing safe yet thrilling dirt biking. The bike and equipment hire with 2 hours of tuition might seem a bit expensive, but with a total of 7 hours there is so much time to enjoy this to the fullest and then some! If you’re like us, a family of four with a 5 year old girl and a 8 year old boy, they will usually end up sitting it out by 3-4 hours tops. We had a rainy day, so it too wet and wasn’t safe to ride the B track. However the learners track had plenty enough to keep the family entertained. I’ve got a lot of road biking and some track day experience, so the learners track was getting boring around the 3-4 hour mark, however the second hour of tuition post lunch was totally worth the wait. Learnt to safely ride steep hill climbs and descents. Wouldn’t have imagined attempting those climbs and descents we did if it weren’t for James getting us ready for them. Very addictive and already looking to buy a second hand bike to save some cost and do this more often. Thanks Mandy, James and Finn from Thundercross, our family felt welcome and really well looked after!

What a fantastic experience! My son Nate had such a rewarding day, he had two hours of motor cross training by James. Nate is 14 and a big boy so had to learn on an adult bike and James was excellent at coaching and helping Nate overcome any challenges he faced. The whole day exceeded our expectations, from the stunning farmland to the awesome people, so friendly and professional! I highly recommend Thundercross Valley and will definitely be spending more time there in the future!

James and Mandy made the experience even better. Such kind people and James so patient and knowledgeable with my 8 year old son he didn’t want to leave even despite the rain! Will definitely be back!

We and another family had hired dirtbikes for a day along with tuition. (mix of kids and adults) The facility, bikes, and instruction are top notch and can't recommend this place enough. We will be going back for sure! Keep up the good work!

The ride was great tracks were in good condition a little wet but that helps keep dust down all tracks were good and staff were very good and helpful

This place is incredibly well reviewed and for good reason; great staff, trails and a well maintained facility.
If you have ever wanted to give dirt biking a go, then this is the place. The lessons were perfectly paced, and by the end I went from not knowing a clutch from a brake to attempting some fairly technical track (for a beginner!) . Don't hesitate, get it booked!

called by on Sunday with a 70yr old enduro/desert race warrior from Dallas,Texas,USA & myself at age 65 ... used to race MX on the Smith family farm next door in the 1980's. we had a hoot ... well organised, clear directions, friendly & welcoming. the sign on farm shed is clean & airy & Mandy clearly keeps it that way. we had a minor technical issue with Archies bike but Frans', like the local bike park ranger pitched in & we got Texas mobile again! thank you Frans. ... the MX track has seen better days , but that didn't detract from our day one bit. once some rain turns up and the dust settles we will go back. thank you from Matt # 63 & Archie # 604.

We're glad you both had a good day and that our awesome Marshal, Frans, was able to help you out of your fix; that's what we're here for.
Yes, the Motocross track has effectively been decommissioned as it is not our focus anymore and we no longer advertise it. (There should be signage on the Motocross gate to that effect).
