Again a production by the same people as ABBA. However, this show is better put together (less amateurish). If you like the Beach Boys this is a must. All the famous songs come along.

Okay. I have spoken to this guy at LENGTH in person and on Facebook and for some reason he is on a mission to bad-mouth shows that we work very hard to produce.
For someone who is very vocal online about disliking our shows, he is certainly unappreciative that I stuck around after each of our shows to speak with him and answer all of his questions. I stood alone with him in the lobby for 30 minutes after one show, taking time out of my day to be overly friendly and appreciative … and then he continually bashes our shows.
He is from the Netherlands and had lots of negative things to say about our town in general.
I’ll leave you with an exact quote from his Facebook post regarding the veterans:
“Veterans are also honored here at every performance, while I think those people chose (the job) themselves and can retire after 20 years of service. Who doesn't want to stop working after 20 years?”
Unbelievably disrespectful. I personally hope he does not return to Branson again.

We have seen all three tributes..the Bee Gees, ABBA and the Beach Boys! They were all awesome! Entertaining, funny and very talented! I highly recommend all three shows! We will go back and see them again! 🤣

This show was amazing! A Beach Boys Tribute act and excellent entertainers. They also do a tribute to ABBA that we will try to see the next time we visit Branson. They did music from the Mamas and Papas in this show, and I believe they could do an act based on the music of the Mamas and Papas. The Beach Boys were such an influence and ever-present force in the 60's and early 70's. It was great to hear their music done so well.

I brought my fiance to Branson after telling him how much I enjoyed coming years ago. This was our first show. I am sure the singers are hard working. They do a lot of clothing changes and dancing. But it appeared they were lip singing to recorded music thru most of the show. You could tell some of the mics were off for some of the talking. The red head was the best. But they all had some times they sang off key. Yes, I read previous posts and saw where one of the singers strongly disagrees with negative comments from others. Each person has their own opinion. You say to do your research before coming, but I didn't see anywhere it said there was recorded music. Unfortunately, we learned during this show that these same singers perform the ABBA show, which was next on our list. If we could have gotten our money back, we would have. I will admit, they did a much better job with ABBA.

Hello! I’m glad you acknowledged the hard work of the cast, but disappointed you didn’t enjoy the show. It’s just the four of us up there at 10am giving it all we’ve got. It’s disheartening to get up on stage (in sickness and health) and do our best to put on a good show and then see that someone left our theater disappointed. Obviously, we can’t please everyone - but we try. The box office would have gladly refunded you your money if you didn’t enjoy the show. I’m surprised you came back to see us in another show if you disliked this one so much, but I’m glad you enjoyed that one more.
I’m not sure what you mean by “some of the mics were off during the talking”? And you think we’re lip-syncing AND off-key? I would assume it would be one or the other. 😂
I’m sorry you were disappointed in the lack of band, but if you do look at our marketing, we certainly aren’t trying to fool anyone into thinking they are seeing a band. Our show is a production show - not a band set. And we’ve been performing this show for 8 years now.
I’m super proud of our show and our cast and, I am sorry you didn’t enjoy the show, but just know that the only people you are ultimately hurting by writing a review like this, is us - the “hardworking singers” that are just trying to make a living doing what we love.
I wish people knew what actually goes into getting on stage and singing and smiling and engaging an audience every morning - I would hope they would be a little kinder if they knew. Obviously, we are in entertainment and it comes with the territory - but the four people in this show are genuine people who love what they do and only want to give the audience a great show.
Hope you enjoy the rest of your time in Branson. Again, sorry you were disappointed - I promise you we give it all we’ve got every show.

Take a step back into the Surfin' Era. These performers transport you back to the 60's with their Beach Boys tribute, and more. Thoroughly enjoyed this show!

We enjoyed our surfing safari with songs from the era , and yes a couple of girls along for the journey , a nice complement. This show is produced by the same people that bring you other enjoyable shows like ABBA, Bee Gees . You’ll love this one!

All voices were prerecorded. Less than 50% of the songs were beach boys. Save your time and money. Don’t waste time and money. DONT GO !!!

Not sure what you mean by all voices are prerecorded? All voices are live performing to custom music tracks. That should be fairly obvious to anyone who has seen the show. We have lots of audience interaction, a cappella numbers and lots of times when we go into the audience and sing. So, that’s a very strange comment to make? Perhaps you mean the music is prerecorded - and yes, that’s true, but we’ve got TONS of elements to make the show enjoyable. This is our 8th season at Hamners’ and we continually strive to change and improve the show every year.

I first saw the show, and enjoyed it, a couple of years ago. (I also saw and enjoyed their ABBA tribute show then.) They have updated it with songs from other 60’s-70’s era groups and added better background photos and videos which tell the story of The Beach Boys. Each of the four singers has a wonderful voice and each is given the opportunity to show it during solos. It is a morning show and I was a little disappointed that some of the crowd seemed to still be asleep. Maybe they had just seen too many shows and were burnt out. I would definitely enjoy seeing it again.
