I paid for my wife and her friends to go on a wine tour for her 30th. After all was said and done I asked "how was the trip?"
My wife told me about how unprofessional the management at Niagara Landing is. I was honestly shocked due to them being a "big name" in the Niagara wine scene. I guess that bus was a few minutes late to the 4 o'clock arrival time (a valid complaint by the winery) but the manager handled it all wrong and was verbally abrasive to the group. This is unexcusable and the woman should obviously not have her position. She is obviously under qualified for her job. I will never buy wine for them and will leave them off all wine tours in the future. Absolutely horrible service 👍 go somewhere else.

A group of us visited the winery early in the afternoon. Due to the Covid restrictions, I went in After the majority of my family. If you choose a sampler tray, you get the choose 6 glasses of wine and a package of standard crackers for six dollars. I paid with a $50 dollar bill, opposed to a credit card. I never looked at my change, I was picking out wine to taste. When I figured it out, I called and got the answering machine, no one returned my call. As a business owner, accidents happen with counting back change... my issue was with the lack of response and after reading a few reviews it seems like lack of response is a reoccurring issue. Other then that, I would recommend the strawberry kiwi wine as well as the habanero. AND... The peppy blonde who poured my samples could work for me in a heartbeat.

Outside of tasting room is underwhelming but staff friendly and majority of wines are solid. This is one of the older wineries on the trail

Did a birthday winery trip and Niagara Landings was one of the best stops. An excellent selection of wines with most of them being on the sweet side. They also gave the most tastings for the lowest price. Their slushes were very tasty! Go and enjoy!

Really enjoyed this visit! Our host was great.. she explained the wines and made excellent suggestions. The sweet wines are delish!!

My mother and I were on the Niagara Wine Trail and stopped in for a tasting.
We tried a selection and I ended up buying a few items as well as their "Hot wine".
There was no pressure from the person helping us and they were great at making recommendations.

went on a wine tour from work. this was the best of the bunch!! the winery is cute but the wines are yummy.. I like a good sweet tasteful wine and every one I tried was delicious and refreshing.

Family run business-good wines reasonably priced for a locally made wines. Various choices to pick from too.Do give them a try You won't be sorry you stopped in.

This local winery offers a wide variety of wines. Just about everyone should find something to suit their tastes. Make sure you go when there are no tour buses. The tastings gives you a very wide choice. The Rosebud Gold is a good stand alone wine for sitting around with friends. The Almond Breeze is a good desert wine and a must finish at the end wine is the Hot Wine.
