We loved theMcLaren vale visitor centre we looked around the gallery which had some beautiful art. We bought a really cute pencil case.

Very interesting place.
Plenty of parking.
Clean toilets.
Good play area for the kids.
Interesting gallery and Gin shop.
Food and coffee was good value and the outside or inside seating was comfortable. Service was quick, friendly and efficient.
Gallery was an added bonus and items were of excellent quality.
General tourist shop with information items was what you would expect.

First stop on our visit to the area. Staff were very friendly giving us maps, guides and ideas! We stopped for a drink and enjoyed sitting out on the lawn area, play area there for the kids too. Looked like a band was just setting up to start playing too.
Small art gallery also there which was lovely to look at.

Called in to check out anything new on offer. Very nice venue. Friendly staff with lots of information on offer. There is a Cafe and a bit of a museum. Maps etc available many places to sit and relax. Toilets. An outside playground. Wine tasting, there was a new winery in place. They do charge for tasting but it was free for us because eftpos was not up and running.

The ladies at the Visitor Centre greeted us with a smile and were most knowledgeable and helpful about what to see and do in McLaren Vale. They also pointed us in the right direction & gave us a map of the region to ensure that we could find our way around. Happy to recommend a visit to the Visitor Centre.

I took my kids to meet a friend here. Great location next to the playground meant the kids could stay occupied while we caught up. Food was pretty average but the playground helped save the day!

This was my second time here... This will save you endlessly driving around the area..
Tell the lovely ladies on the counter what sort of experience you want & they will point you in the right direction.
You can be in and out in 5 minutes, or spend an hour there...
Make sure you try the wines there, it's from 5 small wineries that don't have cellar doors..
They have staff from the winery serving you, with plenty of knowledge.

big collection of very buyable local produce and artworks. Includes a decent art gallery and a very pleasant cafe with outdoor dining.
