The Perranporth to Saint Agnes walk is one of the most stunning, scenic and photogenic walks that I have found so far anywhere along the south-west coastal path. The path is fairly easy-going, however can become muddy in places near to Saint Agnes after a period of heavy rain, so my advice would be to wear good walking footwear.

Low to Medium difficulty walk with some 'edges' that might bother people who don't like heights. Some of these can be avoided. Absolutely worth the effort! Allow over 2 hours if you're not a gym bunny or maybe 1 hour if you are. There is a tap to fill water bottles at the YHA at the Perranporth end. Quite a few benches for rests. Good picnic spots. No toilets anywhere en route for those 1 or 2 hours. Don't miss the Driftwood Spars if in St Agnes or have a posh lunch in Bistro no.4 if in Perranporth. 4 or so Nice campsites on those cliffs too! It's nice camping 3 minutes walk from a beautiful sunset every night.

Nice enjoyable walk fabulous views from the cliff top with the added interest of old mine works on the way. Steep in parts but well worth the effort. We walked there and back but there is a bus from St Agnes if you don’t want to walk both ways.

Walking to Wheal Coats then on to Chapel Porth. A fair walk with lots to see. Vthe ruins of wartime building near Perranporth aerodrome, Wheal Coates, the view to St Ives past Chapel Porth, Porthtowan and Porthtreath. Park at the National Trust car park on St Agnes Beacon. Whilst there look for the footpath to the top of St Agnes Beacon to get some different views. When you look out to sea you can spot the rocks called the cow and calf. You can also go to the look out station to see what has been spotted out to sea recently.

A beautiful walk along the cliff tops from Perranporth to St Agnes. The views are amazing and there are interesting old tin mines to see on the way too. We found a lovely pub to have a quick drink on arrival and caught the No 87 bus back to Perranporth.

A great route along the top of the cliffs to St Agnes, some spectacular views and lovely heather surrounding the path. Not for the faint hearted or those with a fear of heights though as some parts of the path are a little precarious with steep cliff drops to one side! Be sure to check out the series of old bunkers on route - plenty to explore!

My wife and I went to Cornwall as Poldark lovers and we were not disappointed. We walked multiple areas of the coastal path and had one magnificent experience after another.

Old Tin mine workings and an amazing view of the rugged Cornish Cliffs. It is also a place where there is the remains of the gun emplacment station that is left over from The Second World War. A really interesting place to visit.

Walked from Perranporth to St Agnes last weekend (7 Oct) and it was absolutely beautiful. We were lucky to have sunny weather and this part of the coastline is so lovely. Interesting mining relics too. We had lunch at the Driftwood Spars Hotel in Trevaunance Cove was good and then we got the no 87 back to Perranporth. Found parts of the walk a bit steep though, but worth it! Will come again.

There is a path which has posts with acorns on like an official rout. The pathway is quite clear and easy to follow
