My toddler absolutely loved it! We went in the free/community day and it wasn’t horribly busy. He kept busy for a couple of hours and I’m sure we could’ve stayed longer. It felt clean because we got there at opening.

This museum is one of the best children’s museums I have ever visited. We had a 6 year old and an 18 month old with us and they both enjoyed it. It is probably worth 1 1/2 hours of your time. The creative play was wonderful and it was very reasonably priced

We were in Milwaukee for the long weekend, and walked from our hotel downtown to the Betty Brinn children's museum and then to Discovery World (we stopped for lunch in the cafe in the art museum in between, which was a lovely spot for lunch and the only place to get real food on the winter Saturday we were in this area). It was a full but easy, fun, and good day.
This is a nice small children's museum with many great play areas. We came on Saturday or President's day weekend and it was packed. We waited in a long but decently moving line to pay to get in ($36 for one 5.75 year old and 2 parents at $12 each).
There were plenty of cool things to play with, but I think my son skipped several areas because he didn't want to have to wait. He mostly picked areas that many kids could be playing at the same time, since that was how to not have to wait.
Plenty of fun activities for little kids! We were here around 1-2 hours.

Very crowded and warn. No staff at all out on the museum floor to help monitor. Felt like a free for all. My daughter finally was able to get a golf ball by the ball ramps and she got one turn and another kid quickly took it. The art center had 3 broken crayons at it. The center for weaving had no new pieces out to do so. We walked in the same time as another family and left same time as us, also saying they probably won’t be back.

Just like other children museum, have different area for kids to play, they can spend a few hours there, it's good for young kids,
But they charge admission fee for adult, I think they should only charge kids, not adults, we went there in Nov last year, but now due to COVID, they are closed, not sure when will open again.

The manager is extremely rude. The exhibits were cute but the manager made me want to steer clear of her at all costs. Definitely be wary of which manager you purchase your tickets from.

Took my two nephews here, ages 4 and 1.5, while their parents were otherwise occupied. This was a great place for kids that age. While some of it was over their heads (science room) they spent over an hour in the very well stocked and well laid out supermarket. They loved all the different types of vehicles to explore and "drive" (truck, bus, motorcycles, space ship, train) and the small train tables and building tables were also a good distraction for a time. There is a small area in the back for toddler kids. It is well padded, gated off, and just the right size for climbers and sliders. I was impressed with how age appropriate this area of the museum was- entertaining, safe, and CONTAINED! (keep those runners in site!) I would recommend this place for anyone with small kids- probably ages 1 year to 8 years. We would have stayed longer, but hunger forced us to leave! (they do have a picnic area downstairs if you bring your own lunch).

Took our grandchildren, aged 6 and 8 years, here. Several old exhibits, including the train engine, have been replaced with baseball activities. These included batting, pitching, base running (the runner's speed is timed) and an announcers booth. The kids enjoyed these. They ignored the announcers booth. We've been to children's museums in Rordford, IL and Appleton, WI. This museum has the least number of exhibits because of space constraints. The location across the street from Lake Michigan is beautiful. There are parking structures in the area but they are not connected to the museum. So be prepared if it is raining or snowing and windy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your visit to the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum. We are glad to hear that your grandchildren enjoyed our baseball-themed exhibit, Big League Fun. Big League Fun is one of our many traveling exhibits which we rotate within our Special Exhibits Gallery. The train, Let’s Play Railway, is another traveling exhibit. We hope you can visit the Museum again when our new traveling exhibit, Some Assembly Required, debuts on October 19.
While there are many parking structures in the area, visitors are encouraged to utilize Museum Center Park garage, located directly below the Museum. A $3 discount is available to all guests of the Museum. Again, thank you for your feedback, we also enjoy the view of the lake!

This is where my granddaughter and I go for our "girl time" these days! As a 2 year old, she can enjoy the climbing, the adventure of all the vehicles she can drive (especially the wheels on the bus), and yet she's completely safe. We take a lunch, along, and use the picnic tables for lunch, and she falls asleep in the car on the way home! What can be better than that?

Hello and thank you for reaching out to the Betty Brinn Children's Museum. We are so pleased to share our exhibit with the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh, it's certainly sure to be a family favorite! Hands-On Harley-Davidson invites children to explore a pretend motorcycle dealership while learning about the people, places and processes that make a community work. The exhibit’s pretend retail setting features two kid-sized motorcycles inspired by a Harley-Davidson Road King® and opportunities to “Dream It!,” Build It!” and “Ride It!” using activities that promote science, technology, engineering and math education.
Children can work together to create a motorcycle using interchangeable custom motor parts and accessories, including seats, saddle bags, mirrors, and a variety of engine components. Once their bike is built, children can gear-up, climb on and select interactive videos that provide a first-person riding experience, including U.S. and international touring routes and a ride through the streets of Milwaukee. Working turn signals, audio and wind effects, and a throttle that controls the speed of the ride complete the experience.
Please feel free to contact us if you should have additional questions!

Hello Jenna,
Thank you for reaching out to the Betty Brinn Children's Museum. The Museum exhibits are available to all families, but our primary audience are children under the age of 10. For our youngest visitors, we have our Pocket Park exhibit which provides a safe environment with dedicated activities for preschool age children. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
