Greeter was very friendly. She made my family feel special when they were being lei. The kukui nut lei my family will remember on this trip.

We received a beautiful fresh lei. The greeter was super friendly and very helpful. She made sure we knew our baggage claim and directed us to the car rental tram to make sure we knew how to get our rental car. I have used this company many times and always had Awesome experiences!

I am really bummed to have to write a negative review but I am super disappointed with this company. I bought this to surprise my family and our flight was cancelled the morning of. I tried to call the company but they "are not currently accepting calls" - WHAT? I sent them an email, and no response. It seems like really bad customer service if you cannot update the company of last minute changes (especially when it was the airlines that forced your plans to change.) Based on current airline reschedule and cancellation frequency, I would not recommend this company, due to their lack of communication.

I could not be happier with Plumeria Airport Lei Greeting. They are most professional and responsive. I would truly recommend them.

I was excited to come back to Hawaii for the first time to where I was born, so I wanted to do everything. My parents always received leis when they came in the 60’s, and I wanted the same experience so I purchased this.
The leis were pretty but only lasted 2hours before wilting horribly. We were met by someone and they gave them to us and said welcome but that was it. I did ask questions as to what they would recommend doing and they gave suggestions but for the price of this service, I feel like it was not worth it.
I should have brought my own leis from when I was a child and would have been as satisfied.

There was suppose to be a person there for each person there was 4 ladies that was suppose to have a person with their name tags but there wasn’t. I paid for each person to have there name welcoming them to Maui but I was the only one. So shame on you

Our greeter was super friendly and easy to spot with the big sign with my name on it. Our granddaughter was truly surprised. Once our greeter gave us the lei, he very sweetly asked if we'd like him to take any photos. We took him up on it and are so glad because now we have a very special photo of our arrival and our granddaughter's very first trip to Hawaii!

I decided to treat myself to the traditional Hawaiian greeting that I watched countless times on TV. Jonah was at the bottom of the escalator with a sign with my name, a purple lei and a smile.! It was a wonderful way to be welcomed to Hawaii! He offered to take pictures which I accepted and even took additional pics. He directed me to baggage claim and the rental cars. My regret is that I did not get a picture of him holding the sign and that I did not think to tip.
When I got to where I was staying I put my lei in the fridge and wore the wilted but still beautiful lei 4 days later on my flight to Oahu.

The lei lady was waiting with a gigantic sign and put a big smile on my wife after a long flight! We got the premium one and it lasted almost a week.

My family was thrilled with their surprise leis at the Honolulu airport! I had this last minute idea of doing the lei greetings the night before my family left for Hawaii and started searching the Internet. I had tried 5-6 with either no availability, did not answer phone or wanted 3X the $$ for the exact same leis and added a $50 late booking surcharge. Finally I found Ali'i Greeting Service and their easy to use online ordering. It did say they could not guarantee availability with last minute bookings but I decided to try and got online confirmation. Early the next morning they emailed to confirm that it was this same day (yep!) and the flight number.
After a 10 hour flight my family was surprised by the friendly greeter at baggage claim (other companies wouldn't do greeting as a surprise) and received orchid leis, the nut one, and candy leis for the kids. They were so excited.
I highly recommend this company for great prices, great product, excellent communication and great service.
