Stay Away from them........My son booked his first ever solo trip, booked with this company for pick up Melbourne airport to motel. We advised this company about his flight cancelled & rescheduled 7 hours later. My son, received text message stating the driver was waiting at the front of the airport. I rang the driver explained we gave notice of delayed flight. Driver explained he has a job to do and will wait for 1 hour, I explained again that my son is interstate/home, and that need to reschedule times, then we were advised additional fee for late night. After a few words, the driver said he would return to the airport to pick up when flight has landed, details were provided on change of flight. Once at airport, no driver. My son had to catch another taxi and pay additional $79 on top of the $71 already pre-paid when booking with elife. I rang the driver back and asked why didn't he honor his booking, stated he was only doing his job....yep... sit at the airport waiting for nobody. No refund at all due to their platform...

DO NOT use this car service. They were not there to pick us up from the airport. They refuse to reimburse us. They are a cowboy outfit.

Excellent Service by Fox Transfers incoming and outgoing Incoming we were contacted by Rafa on Whats App just after landing and given concise instructions for the pick up point. Outgoing we were advised by Rafa that it would be best to leave earlier than planned due to the big convention in town and the road works. Both cars provided were clean and had excellent drivers. Rafa you run an excellent service keep it up, will be in touch whenInext visit San Francisco.

This email to Elife says it all!
We are contacting you again to advise of the very poor service. We have received so far with regard to our transfers. The transfers were booked in the name of John Lorenz by Travel. Agent Penny Meallin of Travel manages Australia in all 11 transfers we are booked.
Specifically our concerns are: with one exception, failure to "meet and greet" as requested;
*extreme difficulty in communication with drivers to identify a specific meeting place inbusy airports, train stations or ship ports; *lack of clear advice regarding meeting place; *lack of knowledge on the part of drivers regarding destinations or drop off points; *denial by drivers of knowledge of services for which we have requested, had confirmed and paid for; *most recently, the belligerent response by the driver when challenged as to not providing services required. Further only one Driver has carried out the meet and greet as confirmed and paid for.
This leaves us with real concerns about the viability of subsequent transfers. We are an elderly couple visiting busy cities and paid for and expected, a meet and greet facility. I repeat with one exception. This has not occurred. We want this to work for ourselves, our travel agent and your company. therefore require that you confirm to us immediately that the meet and greet with named with the name board will be provided For remaining transfers specifically the one for Garde de Lyon in Paris booking number 2750594. also that meeting points are clearly advised prior to arrival by the driver. if you are unable or unwilling to do so, this advice is formal notification that we will cancel all remaining transfers, and the requirement that refunds be made to us immediately. in the interests of resolving this situation,

On the 4th august, we took a transfer from Toronto Airport with the driver Diana with destination to the Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino Hotel, NY, USA.
The driver could barely speak english, tried to take extra money, in cash for the toll, made and received phone calls and texted messages during the driving and stoped in the highway shoulder to smoke a cigarete, everything in a most unprofessional way, to say the least.
When we approached the Niagara Falls, she said she couldn’t drive us to the hotel because it was in the american side and she hadn’t a passport nor a visa.
We and our children had to walk with all the luggage from the boarder to the hotel.

Used them while in Durban , South Africa and the service was terrible the vehicle was dirty the driver was overall bad experience

Day of my flight the driver confirmed my flight. He left a phone message to contact him when I arrived and had my luggage. He was at wrong terminal, but he said he would be at correct terminal in 3-5 minutes depending on traffic. It was 30 minutes before driver-Danny arrived. He swore and said he got $100 violation ticket for waiting at departure level. He never told us meet at departure, I told him what door and where I was. We got in car and he sped and drove erratically from airport onto highway.He swore in vehicle again! I didn’t ask him to stop as I was worried he would leave us stranded. He asked where we were going- it was on my reservation.In San Francisco he drove through rough neighborhoods. He tried to talk to us about SF a few minutes before arriving at out Hotel.
I contacted the company, who apologized and said they would investigate??!! I wanted a different driver on return trip.

Return trip the driver- Rui contacted me to confirm time and airline for departure.
Rui showed up on time- he was polite, professional. Opened doors, handled our luggage safely. It was a smooth, secure, safe drive to airport.

I have been to San Francisco 4 times previously. Sometimes they reroute through other streets depending on traffic- but not through undesirable neighborhoods.

Our experience with Elife Limo in San Francisco was excellent. The driver was friendly and professional, and the car was immaculate. We appreciated the attention to detail and felt like VIPs during the entire ride. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a high-quality limo service.

You could start by picking us up from the cruise ship in San Francisco. Had to get a cab to the Airport. pick up from airport & hotel was good. I rang all the contact numbers on the print out but it just kept ringing out even Tryed the UK emergency number same thing. Believe the reviews if you book this company.

Wir hatten den Anbieter immer rechtzeitig informiert, wenn die Airline Delta den Flug verschoben hat. Keine Reaktion des Anbieters weder auf Mails noch auf telefonische Infos. Wir hatten keine Chance, den Anbieter -wie gefordert- 24 Stunden im Voraus zu informieren, weil der Status sich immer wieder kurzfristig änderte. Keine Kulanz, wir mussten den vollen Preis bezahlen ohne irgendeine Leistung in Anspruch genommen zu haben. Wir sind schwer enttäuscht von dem Anbieter und von GetYourGuide.
