We booked a day long tour with Boston Preferred Car Service a week or so before heading to Boston for our daughter's Tufts graduation. When Sam arrived to pick us up it was pouring rain which never let up. Boy were we glad to be touring the Freedom Trail in a car and not walking it! There were 13 of us in the executive van and were we lucky to get such a patient tour guide. Sam did great with there being so many of us. He timed lunch perfectly at Harvard Square and his hamburger recommendation at Bartley's was great advice. Had it not been raining we would have taken his suggestion to tour the USS Constitution and a few other recommended sites, but it wasn't in the cards. All in all, we could not have been happier with the car, the tour, and Sam. Highly recommend.

Sam was great! Before arriving to Boston the Communication was really good in letting us know the details of pickup and about the tour. Sam was on time, car was very clean, with cold water waiting for us. We had a 7 hour layover in Boston and wanted to see as much as we could. Sam was wonderful driving us around the city in rush hour. He knew so much of the history in Boston and lots of fun facts I never knew. He gave us time to get out and see the sights on foot. Wish we had more time. Very happy with the service and would use again next time we are in Boston to.

The best ever tour. Five in our party with luggage. Sam was our tour guide. Car was spacious and comfortable. Sam really knows his stuff. Learned so much. Dropped us off at the cruise port. Took 6 other tours on our cruise and we all agreed that Sam’s tour of Boston was the best.

I was traveling to Boston for my daughter's graduation with a party of seven (7), This tour was a huge part of the itinerary. I scheduled the tour weeks in advance. The company canceled the tour at the last minute, less than 24 hours notice without any explanation. Because of the numerous graduations in the area coupled with the holiday weekend, it was impossible to schedule another tour during the same time frame. Ironically, had I canceled with less than 24 hours notice, I would have been on the hook for the cost of the tour.
Please do not book and risk an 11th hour cancellation!!!

We are really sorry we had to cancel this trip with such a short notice. Some times things happens that are beyond our control.
This is extremely rare, but when we have to cancel a tour, we hate it as much as you do.
Employees are not allowed to go to work when they are felling sick or have a fever.
One thing you can be sure about is that we always have our customer's best interest and safety in mind.

Sam, is an incredible tour guide and what appears to be a Boston expert. While he never said it, you can tell he loves this town and enjoys sharing his knowledge. Well worth the $.

We had a great day with Sam. He knows so much about the history of Boston and the surrounding area. We covered more ground in four hours on the tour than we ever could have on our own. He will also stop and take pictures for you, let you eat lunch, etc. Highly recommend.

We were on a sentimental journey to Boston where we had both attended college more than 50 years ago. My husband had prepared a list of special (to us) places we wanted to visit including our colleges, and places we lived, worked, and frequented for food and fun. Sam was personable, knowledgeable, and patient and we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent with him. We were surprised by the way Boston had changed after “The Big Dig” and enjoyed Sam’s telling about its construction and the cost overruns and political wrangling that accompanied it. He had many interesting stories to share about Boston’s traditional historical sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our custom tour and highly recommend Sam and The Boston Preferred Car Service

It was a rainy day in Boston, but Sam made the most of our time and was very friendly and accommodating. He is so very knowledgeable of Boston from the traditional history to current times. We were on the edge of our seats with the details from Paul Revere, Boston Tea Party, Bunker Hill, Harvard, USS Constitution and so many more attractions. He was just amazing and couldn’t ask for a better time to see and learn about Boston and the wealth of history. He stopped at Cheers for us and even a liquor store so we could take some beer and champagne back to our hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

From the ease of making a reservation to the professionalism and timely and polite service would highly recommend using this service. David the driver arrive a few minutes early for a very early flight which provided security for my significant other who was raveling

So pleased with Boston Preferred! I called very last minute to book a limo and they
accommodated us. Bill was wonderful dropped us at BU for my grandson’s graduation from Emerson. He then took the 2 younger ones home and came back for us. Because it was a cold rainy day he was a lifesaver!! Would definitely call them again. Lillian
