Do not go here! The management is very poor. They gave boards that are not for the jump section to use and wouldn’t open the section for the less experienced riders. There were little kids there crying and they didn’t care. Nor advise before arrival that they were closing a section of the wake board area for less experienced. They should have advised to re book for another day! The kids could not enjoy any of the experience on the hard course when they weren’t even given the correct equipment! We will never go here again! SO Disappointed!!!

The staff were unbelievable. I had had an accident happen to my hand and they came straight away and took over, completing first aid, calming me down and making sure all was in order for further assistance. I cant thank the team at GC Wake Park enough.

The host was everything. She was professional, helpful and friendly. Very well organized.. the party food for 13 years old could have been slightly better - 3 chicken nuggets each was not enough, non of the 13 girls were interested in Lollies, I think it would be nice to have a bit of fresh foods with it, for example a cup of fresh fruit. I understand kids may not be interested in greens and fruits but party food does not always mean fried foods and lollies, the popsicle voucher was nice. This was the second time we had bday party. Alway wish for a better food options like other places including bounce, Kingston park racing where you get to choose mini pizza, burgers etc.(not sure if still an option). The girls loved the quality experience unlike previous party, wherein this time, the host and lady operating wake boarding were super helpful giving tips and demos to girls! Thank you for an amazing day!

So much fun!my girlfriends and I (in our 30s) felt like big kids again going on all the slides and swings !What a great day out !

Being charged for a nearly 5 year old grandson and not informed that children under 5 cannot use the park and rather have to play in the castle. Being charged $25 to basically sit in the water and supervise grandson and paid $25 for him. Told by manager that it was my fault I should have asked the girl at the checkout if he was old enough to go on the park. I responded by saying that was her job to say hey if anyone is under 5 they can’t go in the park. Manager didn’t handle the situation very well was argumentative and blaming me. Great water park but be aware that if your kids are under 5 they won’t be getting on that park and neither will you as you will be supervising your child on the castle which my grandson got bored of within 5 minutes. Staff need some further training and advise people of this. When you sign the waiver they have everyone’s dates of births so it’s not like they don’t know. But happy to take your dollars!

This was a really fun activity for me together with my 9 and 11 yo. It was just the right level of difficulty for us to be challenged but also have fun. A great thing to do on a hot, sunny day!

Impressed with safety all had life jackets and over 10 life guards. Great fun especially kids over 10 and teenagers. Excellent day out location sensational. Highly recommend. Terrific customer service well run. Note you have to swim or wade in water to get to floats as it's tidal very short distance didn't seem to deter anyone.

Friendly staff, good instructions on how to wake board, overall excellent experience. And a good surprise in relation to the quality of food.
