There is an elevator to all the levels. Breakfast was included in our price. Quite a good selection for a small French hotel.

I think breakfast is about 14 euros. I'm not sure. Some days we ate there and other days we went out. A café crème (or cafe au lair) costs about 5 euros in a cafe, so if you like 2 cups of coffee, yogurt, croissants etc, you do better eating at the hotel.
