Nous revenons de 4 jours de cet hôtel et tout y était parfait ! Le personnel était très sympathique nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé sans rien demander dans une suite familiale très spacieuse et très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour une famille ! la piscine située sur le toit est vraiment vraiment bien avec une super vue , il y a aussi un jacuzzi et un sauna accessibles jusqu’à 23h il s’agit d’un petit hôtel donc il n’y a pas foule et c’est très agréable ! Je recommande vraiment les yeux fermés !! Merci pacific club pour ce beau séjour !!

COVID-19 (CoronaVirus) Information: We’re happy to inform our prospective Guests there have still been no documented cases of COVID-19 in Phuket and very few in Thailand. Thailand has been ranked #6 of 110 countries worldwide for readiness to deal with the possibility of a COVID-19 outbreak. We’re reading doctors have ascertained COVID-19 does not survive in temperatures over 27 C. And of course Phuket has higher temperatures than 27C almost 24/7. Nonetheless, at Pacific we have already planned how to provide for and care for our Guests in the event there is any kind of outbreak and here is a summary. • Our rooms all have self contained A/C units so there is NO Airflow between rooms. • WE have a plan to deal with COVID-19 in the event it does break out in Phuket. • WE will minimize IN and OUT travel by purchasing food once each 7 days rather than daily. • WE will also stock food for 7 days (not full menu). • WE will screen all people coming in and out, and have medical support available • WE will be able to provide clean drinking water from our deep well. Almost no other properties in Phuket have that option. • WE have areas where you can relax outside the room without being within 15 feet of another Guest. There are enough of those areas so ALL Guests can be outside but not near each other. Our goal is to be the perfect hosts in the event there is any occurrence here in Phuket.

Si vous optez pour la tranquillité, un bon service, une bonne literie et un bon resto, vous êtes au bon endroit !!! Nous y avons séjourné mi-juin, la direction ne s'est pas fait remarquée mais en tant que Belge ou Français, vous êtes au bon endroit ! A noter que nous avons directement réservé via l'hôtel ! Prix inférieur à n'importe quel Tour Opérateur, booking, etc... Chambre vraiment propre, airco silencieux, belle terrasse donnant sur la mer, cocktail excellents ! Très peu de touristes en cette saison donc la piscine et leur service était au top, nous avions quasi tous les jours, la piscine pour nous (en couple). Nous y avons séjourné dès notre arrivée à Phuket, on s'était donc réservé un hôtel pour récupérer du Jet Lag. Nous avons dîner le soir même de notre arrivée, excellent Mogito, et prix du menu tout à fait abordable. Nous avons également prix des boissons et lunch à la piscine, nourriture excellente y compris les boissons ! Je vous recommande le ICE COFFEE !!! Prix dérisoire pour les menus. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, car nous sommes très exigeants niveau qualité/prix ! On a vraiment adoré cet hôtel car notre but était avant tout de récupérer et de profiter largement de toutes les infrastructures. Vu les prix des massages, on n'a pas expérimenté... seul point négatif.…

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans ce petit hôtel niché entre forêt et mer. Une véritable trouvaille car en plus du calme et du confort (sauna, jacuzzi, salle de sport et superbe piscine sur le toit, cet hôtel est situé à quelques minutes de marche de la plage. Petit déjeuner agréable sur la terrasse ombragé. Personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Bref un établissement qui me fait apprécier cette ville. Chambre Deluxe avec coin salon et kitchenette confortable avec une petite terrasse aménagée sans aucune intimité avec beaucoup de vis à vis sur les autres balcons et terrasses voisines de tous les cotés et vues plongeantes de toutes les chambres au dessus. Excellent rapport Qualité-Prix alors ce n'est qu'un petit détail que l'on doit accepter.

Some are more exposed to view than others and this is common in most all resorts. But the most important aspect of the design at Pacific Club is that nobody can see inside the bedrooms even if curtains are open. Which means you can relax in bed in total privacy with curtains open. Accuel adorable. Chambre tres joliment decorees, toutes avec terrasse. Sur une hauteur a 10 minutes a pied de la plage et du centre ville. Estau tres bon et tres bons restos aux alentours. La piscine dur le toit est tres sympa ! excellent petit dejeuner

Great Question !!!
As the owner I can say definitely our policy has never been and never will be to collect a security deposit (for a million reasons). We understand, especially now, travel is difficult now and continue to be as flexible as possible as long as our guests stay in contact (Email is best). We only ask for a credit card number and that's only to guarantee your first night if a guest "No Shows" and fail to respond to messages or let us know of any plan changes.
So book with confidence, and we Thank You for making the effort to travel. Pls note Phuket will reopen as a COVID Free destination in October. All tourists will be required to quarantine and be tested for 14 days on arrival. After that you will be in a Paradise which is COVID Free.

Hello , they do have 2 bedroom rooms at Pacific Club, book directly and Zar on reception will help you. There are many activities that you can do scuba diving and water sports. Book thru the resort as they can get better deals. I'm sure if you told them about allergies that they will be able to accommodate. They are able to cook breakfastThere are also lots of places to eat near by but English can be limited. Would recommend 100% staff are all wonderful!
