Let us emphasize that due to our tropical climate and being a property facing the sea, humidity levels are high; therefore, we recommend our guests to keep the air conditioner turned on and the balcony door closed. Dear Stephanie A, Receive luxury regard from our team at Royalton Bavaro; First of all, we would like to thank you for the time you took to inform us of all these details about your recent stay at Royalton Bávaro Resort & Spa. Our main goal is to provide a flawless vacation experience to all our guests. We are concerned that our guests receive excellent service, friendly, respectful at all times and without any distinction. I am surprised that the registration process has not been as easy as always. Instead, we are taking corrective measures to provide a better service than usual, considering that during the stay time that you were at our resort, this is the busiest time and we were at our maximum capacity. We are sincerely sorry about the negative impression you had of our staff regarding the tips. Our objective is to provide an excellent service for all our guests and our staff is aware that tipping is not mandatory. We will address this issue with the corresponding departments. As for the virus that you said your daughter had, we sincerely sympathize. However, we cannot determine if it was caused by the pools at our hotel. We would have liked you to visit our doctor's office first so that we could have identified the source. The doctor is available 24\7 at any time and can determine if it was due to our pools or an external agent. All of our employees are meticulously checked upon entering the work area and upon leaving. They are not allowed to carry unnecessary personal items in the hotel to avoid misunderstandings. On the other hand we do not have any report of loss of part of you of any of the objects that you say that you were robbed; however when someone decides to post in social media against any establishment, it should have strong evidence and proofs about the accusation, because it must take into consideration the calumny or defamation could have several legal consequences to the publisher. I do not speak french but I think I understood the question. We were there with my two sons, their spouses and their 4 children. We did not buy the Diamond Club and through our stay we did feel the need for it. Have a good trip!!
