Not sure why there's bad reviews as we didn't have any issues and found the apartment adequate for our needs although it was a bit strange to pick up the keys from a different location to where the apartments are and the lady we picked up the keys from did have a little attitude because despite booking for 2 she said only 1 keyworker was suppose to stay but I think she realised it was a bit late telling me that at this point so allowed it. Parking outside of the apartment was chargeable but I did find free parking around the corner by the park. The apartment was up a lot of stairs so no good if you have walking issues or heavy bags to carry. There was some work being carried out as there was dust sheet on the stairs further on up but we heard no noise when in. On entry was a phone to buzz people into the apartment from the main door.and then the "L" shape corridor lead to 4 doors. Right to the living room, infront for the bathroom and 2 doors on the left for the kitchen and the bedroom. The carpeted bedroom was a good size with a well-dressed double bed, 2-drawer bedside tables either side with lamps on, a double wardrobe with an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in it and central heating. The living room was also carpeted and has a 2 seater settee which opens up to a comfortable double bed, a matching armchair, a large flat-screen TV on a stand, a victorian-looking non-functioning fire place and a free-staying lamp. The bathroom is small and has a fixed shower head over the bath as well as a hand held shower. There was also a single sink with a mirror above. The Kitchen is also small and has a microwave, a fridge with a single freezer section, a washing machine, a 4 hobbed oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery/crockery/glasses/mugs for 3, 1 frying pan & 3 different size cooking pots. There was also an information booklet, washing up liquid and tea/coffee/milk & sugar. All the rooms have pictures on the walls and there's plants to give a homely feel. The views were mainly of car parks & the residential area. Overall we found the apartment a nice and modern, cosy stay with all that we needed, located within walking distance (10-15 mins) to Gloucester city shopping centre.…

Avoid - poor customer service, unfriendly, unhelpful. Would not provide a refund after sending a request for a refund. Would not respond to my email. Do not recommend booking a stay here. Booked through booking.com.

No coffee table, no dining table so eating and drinking off floor or lap. For 6 nights thats pretty poor and when working the laptop ... really not acceptable. Logged with their service line and they could not supply small fold-able tables, which I didn't mind, and gave as a cheap and cheerful option.

AVOID...... 6 night stay reduced to 1 due to to Damp bedroom was UNBEARABLE ! all clothing smelt and had to be washed after staying there one night!... House next door is having major building work done was in apartment during the day and noise was horrendous building site noise,loud music and builder shouting rang company twice to complain during stay they said they would refund but never did which will be followed up !so not stay nice pictures but in reality not a break !!!
