Dear Raphael, We take great pride in our beautiful resort and have a superb team of staff members who work tirelessly to ensure that guests are properly served and treated. Therefore, it is most surprising to hear that you found them unfriendly! Our staff in particular is often praised for their friendliness and helpful attitude, and we regularly train the team to ensure that all our members are conversant with the high standards of service. Using the opportunity, we would like to clarify you particular claim. You have ordered a transfer service from the hotel, and confirmed the payment for it, including the waiting time. Our taxi driver was waiting for you more than 2 hours in the airport, which is always against extra charge. Neither reception, nor the driver received any message from your side about being so late or having any extra issues. Hurghada Airport provides the customers with free WI-FI connection, so that in any cases guests have a chance to contact anybody. Unfortunately, you did not use this option. It is common, that the preordered services supposed to be paid. Unfortunately, we did not meet the understanding from your side. We did our best to find the compromise, and asked you politely to cover at least the cost of the transfer without waiting time. As for the phone call, all our guests have right to contact their tour guides from the reception for free. You call was in a private issue, so you were requested to pay the cost for it, which is actually very low in Egypt. And after all, one of our reception staff used his private mobile phone, in order to help you in your situation. And again, it was not appreciated by you. We are truly sorry that you could not recommend our hotel, however, it is difficult for us to understand your criticism. We wish you all the best Best regards

Dear Mr.Nelson, We would like to thank you for staying at the Arabella Azur Resort and taking the time to share your valuable comment with us. Using the chance, we would like to clarify the situation. First of all, we are very confused because of your emotional feedback, as you booked one night in our hotel, arrived late at night and stayed in the hotel half a day only. According to the duration of your stay it is very strange, how could you judge the level of the whole service in general. Furthermore, we can understand that you were very upset at that day, but unfortunately, it was your own mistake. According to our records, you have booked a room with 2 infants, but upon arrival it turned out that you have two teenagers, who are 13 and 16 y.o. The age of your children and the wrong information from your side during the booking made the procedure of check-in impossible, as the price policy is totally different. Our reception did their best to find the most suitable solution for your family, and, additionally, as a compliment from the hotel, you were allowed to stay in the hotel till the late afternoon and use all the facilities and All inclusive as well. Mr. Nelson, we are very sorry that we could not meet your expectations with our mission to provide the best possible accommodation and service we offer our guests. L'hôtel est superbe et très bien entretenu. Il y a plusieurs piscines et plusieurs plages. Celle du récif est fantastique. L'eau est si claire qu'on peut voir les coraux et les poissons du bord. Le personnel est très sympathique et on n'est pas trop sollicité par les vendeurs.
