We are located in middle of Kyoto city and there are many kinds of restaurants, cafes and famous spots as you mentioned. It takes about 10 minutes from Kyoto main station by subway and our nearest subway station named ‘Karasuma station’ has two lines of subway. It is very useful for our guests. Moreover, we will be willing to help you during your stay such as making restaurants reservation, telling direction and giving sightseeing information. Therefore, please do not hesitate to ask us. It is important that we are able to gain first hand feedback on our performance thus allowing us to improve our services focusing on your needs as a valuable guest at our hotel. We are most disappointed to hear especially about the issue of your experience at our restaurant that had caused your least satisfaction and your stay uncomfortable. We believe that terrible service in our restaurant surely made you even frustrated and wasted your valuable dinner time. We would like you to accept our sincere apology for not us being able to meet your expectations and lack of our smooth and accurate hospitality service. We would take your issue very seriously, enhance and share with all the related departments head and the team. With immediate effect, we would put our extra effort on our team to implement our service standard. However our healthy buffet breakfast is very popular and well appreciated by our guests as good value and also widely recommended in our web site. We offer Kyoto cuisine with a variety of dishes with local vegetables every morning. Our guests enjoys Japanese and Western-style dishes along with the “Obanzai” cuisine – the Kyoto traditional home-style cooking specially using a lot of Kyoto branded vegetables and local ingredients. We do have a Japanese Garden Bath which is of course free of charge for our in house guests. You can soak yourself in the large hot bath and enjoy relaxing the moment to build up your energy. As another comment shows that it might be the first experience for you to go inside the public bath without any cloth on, however, this is our Japanese culture. So we hope you would enjoy that new experience. Additionally, for those who have tattoos on the body, we stand by some plasters to cover them. Upon check-in, we provide them to whom it may in need. The Garden Bath is separated for gentlemen and ladies. We hope the above information covers what you need for now.
