The great news is that one have all the information at one’s fingertips which is provided upon arrival with the individualised details of the property terms, conditions, policies and most importantly safety! From the moment I entered the room, it was mediocre however the Customer service is First-rate. Quick and responsive to each and every request made. The phone was picked up within 3 rings. The Housekeeping lady was very kind! If you opt of staying there, do bring your travel adaptor else you will have to switch off the TV, plug and unplug. Thankfully I brought mine!
