We all appreciate the time and effort you spent to provide some valuable feedback on your recent stay. It is true that Spring and early Summer can be quite cool and the weather unpredictable. Hopefully our lovely lodge provided accommodations that made you comfortable and our staff gave you the service that matched. I am sorry to hear that you had to wait for your food, that truly is not how that is supposed to be. I would love an opportunity to discuss this directly with you if you wouldn't mind. Please contact me at the lodge at your convenience. Thanks again for your input.
A recommander !

Thank you very much for your favorable review regarding your recent stay. We really do appreciate it when we get positive feedback from our guests. We try hard to get everything right and it is encouraging to the entire staff when we hear from people such as yourselves. Our scenery and atmosphere is superb high in the beautiful mountains of southern Utah, our wonderful hotel is an excellent starting point when visiting both Bryce and Zion National parks as well as Cedar Breaks and the entire high plateau area surrounding us. Please spread the good word about your trip and again, thanks from the bottom of our hearts for your kind words.

I really appreciate your comments regarding your recent stay at our hotel. I am sorry that some elements of your stay were less than you had expected. I must admit that the translation of your comments left me somewhat confused about the nature of your disappointments. I think that our location which is a little over an hour to Bryce Canyon was not adequately conveyed to you, we try to make that clear to potential guests. The upside to the relatively short drive is the fantastic scenery that you travel through on your way. Relative to the children, some days we do have a good number of children traveling with their parents-we can only hope that there is enough space and time to utilize the facilities for all of our guests, and that we all realize that everyone should have an opportunity to enjoy themselves. I would have liked to have an opportunity to make other facilities available for you, had I known. We could have given you folks access to the whirlpool, sauna and steam room in the spa. Early to mid-week, our spa therapists are scheduled when we book a treatment, but it does take some lead time. Late in the week and on weekends, we have therapists on-site ready to perform treatments for walk-in business. Sometimes our best laid plans come up short as they did for you- I too, am disappointed and sorry. Our goal is to somehow accommodate all requests without wasting time and money. If we did not convey to you what the days and hours of our restaurant or lounge are/were, again, I am disappointed and sorry. Also, when the steakhouse is closed early in the week, we generally offer items from the steakhouse menu to our patrons in the lounge. We really do want to provide the variety of dining options that our guests are expecting. Relative to you check-out experience, I can offer no reason for your experience being anything even slightly less than gracious and hospitable. I would love to have an opportunity to deal with this aspect of your stay in more depth. Once again, I am appreciative that you took the time to give us feedback and I will apologize if I have responded incorrectly to your concerns, the translation left some things unclear.

is this a SKI in/ski out resort?
Not quite, however they put on a bus to get you to the base of the lifts. Having said that when it gets busy and icy it can take a while to get there and back. There are a few places at Brian Head that ARE ski in/out. Having said that I would stay here again. Good luck Daniel!
