    Séjour inoubliable au Grand Hôtel Soho. L’hotel est très idéalement situé. Nous étions logés en Studio, spacieux et hygiène irréprochable. C’est évident, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à NY car tout est parfait. Merci pour votre accueil.

    Hello Laureyvonne, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I apologize that our overall environment was not to your liking - though, your commentary is a bit surprising. Our rooms are well depicted on our online photos as well as on our social channels. Our overall design embodies an old New York aesthetic, they are on the darker side which is intentional. Our ‘Shadoks’ wallpaper in our bathroom is, in fact, custom work by Saul Steinberg. Steinberg is a Romanian and American cartoonist and illustrator who is renowned for his covers and drawings that appeared in The New Yorker for nearly six decades - he is equally acclaimed for the drawings, paintings, prints, collages, and sculptures he exhibited internationally in galleries and museums. The sound you heard of a nightclub was correct, that is our Club Room. The Club Room operates as a nightclub Wednesday - Saturday evenings on our second floor. I am disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that it seems our property is simply not what you were looking for. I wish you luck in finding a hotel that better suits your needs.     Nous y avons séjourner une semaine début Février, l’hôtel est super vous avez une salle de sport ouvert 24h/24, l’accueil est chaleureux etc.. Il y a tout de même quelques soucis, chambre trop petite, le service au restaurant est pas top et encore moins quand vous commandez en…

    How firm are your King mattresses? We are searching several hotels in the area and both my husband and I need a firm mattress for ongoing back issues and have had to check out of hotels in the past because of super soft “comfy” mattresses that couldn’t be remedied for our needs. Thank you!
