L'hôtel 3 étoiles Blue Sea Hôtel San Anton est situé dans le quartier paisible de la station balnéaire de Bugibba dans la baie de St Paul, à Malte. L'hôtel est à moins de 500m à pied des 5km du bord de la côte de la station balnéaire qui présente divers paysage y compris les plages rocheuses et sablonneuses et le nouvel Aquarium national, ainsi qu'un grand choix de bars, restaurants et boutiques. Blue Sea San Anton Malte comprend 262 chambres et appartements spacieux et décorés dans un style simple et élégant avec des sols méditerranéens carrelés, des murs crème et une ambiance floral. Les chambres sont équipées de télévision par satellite, d'un téléphone et un sèche-cheveux, ainsi que d'un balcon et d'une terrasse pour profiter de soirée sous la chaleur du soleil. Dear Guest We are very shocked to hear such false information that these guests are addressing us in this review. Kindly note that management are extremely upset when reading such comments picturing us that we did not assist these 2 French ladies, together with 2 young kids. We would like to remind these guests that one of our managers on duty even offered to use his personal mobile in order to help them. It is so unprofessional to say that we never allowed them to use our telephone service or internet service. May we also remind these guests that we even allowed them to use internet or do phone calls, not only in our hotel but in our sister hotel which is just round the corner. These guests had friends or relation in our sister hotel. We assure you that as soon as we where informed by these guests as regards missing items from their room, we assisted them and even informed them to report this incident to the police. Kindly note that we took action and investigated our staff. We are sorry for what has happened to these guests, however we are not the type of people that these guests described in this review. Our intention is always to provide, as always the best service, in order to produce the best assistance and feedback, for all our guests in our hotel. WITHOUT PREJUDICE Dear clients, It is with regret that we are compelled to reply to your allegation in this format and on this public platform, however, your allegations are very serious. As you are aware, you alleged that while you went for breakfast between 08.00 and 09.00Hrs, someone, pointing your fingers to members of our staff, 'stole' your mobiles (WIKO / XIAOMIA & SAMSUNG) and a Fuji Bridge camera. This according to the Police report that we insisted that you lodge with them. You are now alleging that whoever 'stole' your belongings, also 'stole' the 2 year old baby's shoe. For the benefit of the readers, client's 'claim' amounts to over €1200.00 and expected the hotel to make good for items that no one from the hotel every saw and in view of the fact that clients claimed that they did not have insurance. By insisting and directing clients to the police station to lodge in a report, which is the norm in circumstances such as this allegation, this is considered by them as being considered as 'liars' by management. Again for the benefit of the readers, the Police did call at the hotel and we also requested clients to point out the staff members they accused. When doing so, clients did not recognise any of the employees. Following this, the police requested to talk to clients in the same floor and did not result in anything. Contrary to what is stated that the hotel does not have anyone in the Front Office team that speaks French, we had a French speaking employee for at least 12 hours a day. This is confirmed by your statement that you met Mensi, an employee of ours on the bus who assisted you. That is why he is employed in front office and I am happy to note that contrary to what you stated, he did his job well. I cannot understand your statement that the 'taxi had listened to Mensi and did not leave' when Mensi was not even on duty on your date of departure. It is very difficult to believe that you had 'no hot water' as this would have affected all other clients. In fact, the hotel has over 16,000 Ltr of hot water and over 250,000 Ltr of cold water 24/7. Dear Guest Management feel it is important to note that The San Anton Hotel is a popular hotel amongst our clients, which generally achieves a high proportion of positive feedback. The feedback we receive is therefore of the utmost importance and paramount to the quality of our service and for this reason we do our best to honour guests requests. Kindly note that the pool is cleaned twice a day.We are governed by stringent regulations with regards to pool management.readings are taken daily and monitored by local authorities. We could say with confidence that the pool is perfectly safe and clean. if however the clearly advertised request for guests to bath before entering the pool is not adhered to then oil and lotion will of course cloud the water. We are very sorry to hear that our staff were not polite and not helpful according to your complaint.We sincerely disagree to such comments as they really do work hard to provide good service with a smile.You may appreciate that high levels of occupancy may lead to increased demand , occasionally , to slight delays in the service required. The restaurant certainly adhere to all health, safety and food regulations. Once again we disagree to the comments raised regards having same food presented. Kindly note that restaurant provides a varied and daily menu to satisfy all guests. Kindly understand that that it is not always possible to adhere to all individual tastes. Management would like to inform you that it is a bit strange to hear that guests are stating that hotel should not send Carrefour Voyages clients, as we all work hard to assist guests and welcome them in our hotel.May we remind you that we are proud enough to say that our hotel is very popular and many times we happen to be fully booked. Hi, the bus stop is a good 5 minutes walk away, and run regularly. There is a small mini market just across the road, but if you want eateries and a decent coffee, St Paul’s Square is a good 15 minutes walk, I suggest if you have a better budget to avoid the hotel, but the staff are friendly, it’s the managers that let it down, we are just whining Brits as our friends were told. Hope this helps, Malta is a beautiful island, but our holiday was blighted by the arrogance of the hotel managers.

Why are these guests complaining that we try and play around the bush avoiding saying the truth? We assure you that we do not need to give false replies.
