We are sorry to read that you felt disappointed in your stay and we have noted and shared all your comments with our team members in our daily briefings. With regards to our reception area as we are are a small hotel the lobby is also relative to the size of hotel with 78 rooms. Our lobby cafe allows people waiting to relax in comfort when they are waiting for rooms when they are early arrivals. Your comments on our housekeeping team members have been noted and to clean a room in 10 minutes is not possible, hence it does take longer to clean. Never the less we have noted your feedback and we are extremely grateful for this as only then can we look at ways to give our guests a better experience.
