Dear Gab S, Thank you for taking the time to write a review here. I am pleased you had a great trek with us recently and found the experience to be very authentic. As you found, the 3 day trek is intermediate level, some people find it tough whereas others find it easy, but its designed to be suitable for all the family with basic fitness. Its great you got to interact with the local people, they are very welcoming...the amount of interaction will often depend on the family and what they have been doing in the day or their life events, though whether the family members are present or not there are many other villagers to engage with and have a beer / tea round the camp fire, or play the school kids at football. Its good to hear you appreciated the local food the guides cooked up, as you noted, resources are limited in the remote areas and the guides take with them most of what they need sourcing anything locally that is available seasonally.
