We will go to japan in 18 of june and after a busy period in Tokyo i scheduled to try the Wagyu beef in a teppanyaki style in kyoto as i expect to have more time in Kyoto than Tokyo.
Firstly do you have any recommandation ? I want a good restaurant but in some the prices looks too expensive. Anyway, if i need to pay a lot to try a good quality beef i will.
Secondly do you really think it worth it to try the Kobe beef ? I mean it's really more expensive than an A5 beef which is also expensive btw and idk if there is a difference ? Maybe A4 is enough ?
