Dear Pflog
As noted in the daily hotel log, we tried to address your initial objection and in response to your wish to change rooms we moved you for your second stay into two spacious rooms in an upper floor, one of which is with Acropolis view; we also offered you the possibility of taking breakfast at Herodion, our sister property hotel [20m down the road]. Even if the two hotels share the same kitchen thus relevant breakfast preparations we tried our best to address your wishes,
Our staff is well trained and its welcoming attitude has gained us warm comments and they make every possible effort to level with all guest’s needs and wishes. As for the breakfast, the space of the atrium is added to the buffet area when and if it gets crowded; so perhaps you have mistook this gesture to be an indication of release. I cannot think of anything else as hospitality is very important to all of us, management and staff alike.
I am very sorry to hear that after all that you remain disappointed by the service. as well as the breakfast, which has gained us the prize of “Greek Breakfast” by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels.
Thank you.
