Firstly, please accept our apologize for any inconvenience may cause for your stay!
The issue about the open bar was reported by our hotel to the local authority. Now the bar has signed the commitment to turn down the music after 22:00 and for sure there will be no noise from our hotel room anymore.
About the room changing request, our hotel is now in the high season so the most of our hotel room were sold out however the delay in respond the requests from our value customer is definitely not our hotel standard. We will work it out and make sure there is no same situation happen.
About the smell in the room, in fact this season is the rainy season in Hue city, so normally we need to turn on the air condition at least 30 mins before our guests check in for make sure there is no smell in the room, the room we moved to maybe got the situation. We should make the better preparation.
Once again, we really feel sorry for your uncomfortable experience at our hotel. Please give us another chance to prove all were the accident and we could do everything in the better way.
