This unit is in a location near coco bistro and cocovan. It is a short drive to shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. The sofa bed is uncomfortable for an adult but is fine for kids or teens. If you are an animal lover, bring cat food with you. There are 3 adorable cats that like to visit the patio. The pools are nice. The beach is awesome. We brought our own sunscreen and supplies but there was some available as well as band-aides, coffee filters, small travel shampoos. We could have used a pan but we made it work.

We stayed at the Caicos Royal Suite from November 17 to November 25, 2018. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and when our friends arrived to join us, it was large enough that it didn't feel crowded with 4 adults sharing the space. The beach...well...nothing compares to the beach! We took the paddle boards and kayaks out on the ocean and saw stingrays, dolphins and all kinds of cool fish. The Pelican Bay restaurant on site has great prices and amazing food! The all you can eat lobster was to die for! The resort itself was pristine. If a leaf turned brown or a flower wilted, the staff were there tending to it within hours. Emmanuel was fantastic as well. On our second last day, we broke the coffee pot while washing it in the evening. He showed up the next morning with a new coffee maker. We hadn't been on vacation in nearly 3 years so this was a perfect, relaxing getaway for us. Last but not least, the owners are wonderful people; easy to deal with and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely be back!
