Impressive, spacious and exclusive Catalunya Casas Mansion Banyeres with capacity for 39 people in the heart of the Costa Dorada, just 13 km from the most famous blue flag beaches of the region. An exclusive property of Catalunya Casas, Mansion Banyeres has 2800 square meters of living space and a garden in a rural setting, just 6 km from the blue flag beaches of Comarugga and San Salvador. With shops and restaurants just 100 meters from the villa, a vehicle is recommended (the nearest train station is 5 km from the villa), but in no way is it necessary. With 15 bedrooms (5 double beds, 20 single beds), interior and exterior dining areas, a large swimming pool, expansive terrace with lounging beds, and 24-hour service personnel, it will be difficult to part with this luxurious sanctuary - ...Impressive, spacious and exclusive Catalunya Casas Mansion Banyeres with capacity for 39 people in the heart of the Costa Dorada, just 13 km from the most famous blue flag beaches of the region. With 15 bedrooms (5 double beds, 20 single beds), interior and exterior dining areas, a large swimming pool, expansive terrace with lounging beds, and 24-hour service personnel, it will be difficult to part with this luxurious sanctuary - although the beautiful and child-friendly Costa Dorada beaches, the proximity to Spain's largest theme park PortAventura, and divine regional wine tours are indeed strong lures! Spread over two floors, Mansion Banyeres is fully equipped at hotel standards with each bedroom housing its own ensuite bathroom and plenty of interior and exterior dining, relaxing, and lounging communal areas. The conference room is on the second floor and there is a projector and guests can connect their computers to see movies. The general distribution of the house is as follows: First floor rooms: 1. Three single beds, bathroom 2. Two singles, bathroom 3. A double bed and bathroom in the hall 4. A double bed, bathroom 5. Three single beds, bathroom 6. Two single beds, bathroom 7. A double bed, bathroom Second floor rooms: 8. Three single beds, bathroom 9. A double bed, bathroom 10. Two single beds, bathroom 11. Two single beds, bathroom 12. Two single beds, bathroom 13. Two single beds, bathroom 14. One double bed, bathroom 15. Two single beds, bathroom Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed. Daily cleaning and daily meal services are optional and can be arranged through our on-site staff who are on-hand for your comfort and convenience. For groups larger than 33 people, extra beds can be added for supplemental charge of 50 Euros per person per night, for a maximum capacity of up to 39 guests. Please note that there is annex off the kitchen where the maintenance manager of the property sleeps. Our vacation rentals are close enough to tourist ‘meccas' so as to enjoy all the benefits these areas have to offer, yet far enough ‘off the beaten track’ where our guests have the opportunity to enjoy and experience the real Catalonia/Spain. Please note that we offer a variety of optional services for your convenience and vacation enjoyment. Below are just a few options that can be booked for an additional supplement after your reservation is confirmed: In-villa catering (paella, tapas, Spanish BBQ) Flamenco lessons In-villa tastings of local cheeses, wines, cavas, chocolate, deli meats Airport transfer Car rental Early check-in: 20 euros per hour before 17h (for stays of over 3 nights) Late check-out: 20 euros per hour after 10h (for stays of over 3 nights) Excursions / tours Massage Horse riding Air conditioning/Heating (if available). Cot/high chair Welcome pack (filled with delicious local products) Please feel free to ask for more information on any of the above! ---------------------------------------------- * Tourism tax: 1,00 euro per person over 16 years old, per night. * Air conditioning and heating are available for this property for an additional fee. Please, ask for more information. * Please note this property has a heating charge of 200 Euros per reservation in the winter months that is not included in the advertised rate. * Pets are allowed for an extra cost of 100 euros per pet per week. *This property does not accept groups under 30 years of age. * If the reservation is above 33 guests ,there is a possibility of extra beds for up to 39 people for an extra fee of 50 Euros per person per night. ---------------------------------------------- Cleaning Policy: 1) Our housekeeping teams have received specialised training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes as per the World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines. All zones of each property, including high contact areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches are first cleaned and then disinfected with bleach based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to soak for at least 10 minutes to receive full sanitizing benefits. 2) Cleaning time allowances have been extended to accommodate the above. 3) Our properties are accessed through a keybox so there Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: HUTT-009425

Super
Super séjour dans cette très grande maison (nous étions une vingtaine de personnes) et bien équipée (piscine, cuisine, chambre, différents espaces...) Proche de la mer.

Friendly, helpful and a lovely venue for a large group
We had a group of 21 adults and children staying for a week in the summer. It was very hot in nearby Barcelona and Tarragona but the house and grounds were cooler and very pleasant. We had three meals cooked for us during the stay which were great quality and enormous. They were a real treat. The swimming pool is perfectly placed for everyone to be able to watch children and the upstairs balcony is huge and peaceful. As always, there were a few things that went wrong but everything was fixed quickly and with great charm. The town has a great bakery, tapas bars and small supermarkets and banks. We had a wonderful stay.
