This three bedroom home has Pacific Ocean views from every room of the home (except the bathrooms). All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (sink, toilet and shower), air conditioning and patio (first floor) or balcony (the two suites upstairs). You will have the exclusive use of the entire property. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Pak-n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management will have the following provided: Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (250 mgs) Coffee filters Cooking oil Dish soap (sink) Dish cleaning sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap (if applicable) Salt Pepper Paper towels Napkins Shampoo in every shower Soap in every shower Hand soap at every sink Start set of laundry detergent Toilet paper One box of Kleenex per bathroom Trash bags If Guests require more of the above, they are responsible for purchasing. Osa Property Managements Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters. We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be. Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will also be available from 8 am - 5 pm via WhatsApp group chat. Located in wonderful Ojochal and minutes from the amazing restaurants (such as Citrus and Exotica), beaches (Playa Tortuga and Playa Ventanas) and jungle wildlife. Check-in must be completed by 8:30 pm In special circumstances, and confirmed in advance, check-in can be completed by 10 pm, but there will be an additional charge of $75. The property is a private home with no shared spaces. Guests will have the exclusive use of the property and the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. The large Owner's Suite is located upstairs and has beautiful vaulted ceilings, en-suite bathroom, large closet area and a private patio. Bedroom #1 is on the main floor and has a sliding glass door access to the swimming pool area and patio. In addition, there is a en-suite bathroom, A/C and ceiling fan. Bedroom #2 is upstairs and above Bedroom #1. Bedroom #2 has a vaulted ceiling, en-suite bathroom, private patio, A/C and ceiling fan. The open floorpan on the first floor provides plenty of space for everyone and easy access from the kitchen to the living room, swimming pool, patio or dining room. Enjoy high speed internet for work, school or easily stream your favorite program or movie (must use your personal login credentials). The private swimming pool is a wonderful size, larger than many of the small 'dip pools' found in the area. Enjoy sunsets (depending on the year), the amazing wildlife and the privacy. Home is accessible by any SUV/AWD/4x4. Smaller automobiles will not make it to the home. Please contact Osa Property Management if you would like to secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property, and/or transportation to/from San Jose International Airport (or any other airport).
