Mugged in my own country!!!
Living room had not been cleaned before cob webs on light brown stain in toilet over price!! Put me off bed to low down for pension ers toilet roll 2 ?? From pound shop ?? Half bottle of Tesco wash up for 1200 pounds a week should be Andrew and fairy !!!

Pottergate Cottage
Lovely well equipped Cottage ideal location for Town Centre,Buses and Trains. Quite a surprise expecting 1 bedroom when there's 2 albeit the smaller a single. All bedrooms and lounge with TV,s
Would definitely recommend.

A disgrace
Having stayed here many times, the cottage is dated. The mattress in the main bedroom is not fit for purpose ! The small bedroom is no longer allowed to be used as the bed is damaged. It was the same this time last year so the owners have done nothing about it. Gill Turner is very rude and aggressive with her correspondence. She is a joke. We had no power for over 24hrs during our stay. I asked for compensation and she hit the roof. I had made a provisional booking for this February and because I had quite rightly said her service was poor, she cancelled my February booking without talking to me. Please please don’t book this cottage. It really is a disgrace

You have been coming for several years with no complaints. There was a sub station fault when all electric on the site went off which was put right withing 24 hrs. Both beds have new mattresses on although the small room is only used for cases and use of a second wardrobe as it is only advertised as a one bed cottage. We have always been nothing but polite to our guests and from reviews you will see many return. The cottage is kept to a very high standard which we take pride in.

Super cottage, well equipped and comfy , well presented and immaculate inside.
Had a short break in Wroxham and enjoyed the warm weather for October.
Pottergate was clean and welcoming as the Peninsula site always has been.
We have been coming here for some 25+ years. First time staying in Pottergate.
Special thanks to the owners who have made sure the cottage was clean, well stocked with day to day utensils and living requirements.
Would recommend this place to everyone.
The bottle of wine left on the table on arrival was a delight, thank you .

Wonderful cottage
We have just got back from our week away in Wroxham, we couldn't have asked for a better week, the cottage was lovely, we couldn't have asked for better, the kitchen was well equipped, the king sized bed was very comfy, always plenty of hot water.
Wonderful location, walking distance to town with shops and plenty of eating out options if you don't want to cook, or just sit outside and watch the passing boats, swans geese and heron
Would highly recommend this cottage

Such a lovely Cottage
We booked our stay originally for May - then CV-19 kicked in and we were faced with a decision to cancel or move the bookings. The owners could not have been more helpful in arranging a new date and forward to September. The Cottage is spotless - so well presented and little touches around which make it feel home from home. The artwork on the stairs we liked so much we have actually tracked it down and bought it ourselves. The location is amazing and it is a short walk to all the Wroxham amenities. Parking was easy, self-check-in easy, communications were great and I will miss our swans. The Cottage has everything you would need. Would highly recommend it.

Pottergate cottage
Had a weeks stay in this lovely well presented cottage which is in a lovely location very relaxing week had by my wife and myself would highly recommend.

Great Holiday
Just been again to Pottergate Cottage Wroxham. Lovely cottage, close to the river, and a few minutes walk from Wroxham town centre. My husband caught several fish including 2 Pike.
Had very nice boat trip. Hope we can go again sometime

Outstanding cottage
Having just come home from Pottergate Cottage in wroxham after a weeks stay. Cottage was beautiful, modern and clean . Furniture in cottage clean and comfortable too . Having spent a dreadful week in another cottage owned by someone else in October 18 . Whilst there we met the owners of pottergate and puffin cottage as we didn’t want to return back to the cottage we were staying in, the owners offered us to look and stay in one of their’s . As I had booked the other cottage for my partners 50th bday we decided that these two cottages were of a much higher standard and the owners even gave us a discount on the price . They are a lovely couple and made sure every need was met . I would definitely return to either Puffin or Pottergate cottage and would recommend them to anyone who wants to stay in a fantastic location and a really lovely cottage . Thanks very much to gill for sharing your beautiful home with us . We will be returning.

Nice comfortable cottage in great location
Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Pottergate Cottage last week. Very comfortable and nicely located for fishing and a short walk into Wroxham town centre. We got a bus into Horning for a trip on the "Southern Comfort" and there were many boat trips from Wroxham. We also got a bus into Norwich. There are many restaurants in Wroxham, and we had a lovely lunch in The Hotel Wroxham.
