Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor
Zwei befreundete Pärchen ( Endfünfziger ) können die bisherigen, positiven Bewertungen vollumfänglich bestätigen. Haus, Ausblick und Umfeld sind wunderschön. Die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer ist mit Worten nicht auszudrücken; so etwas haben wir - im positiven Sinn - noch nie erlebt. Dafür noch einmal lieben Dank an Maria und Popi.
Zum hohen Wohlfühlfaktor hat auch der am Haus lebende Hund TAS wesentlich beigetragen. Ein ganz liebes Tier mit besonderem Charakter.
Uns hat es so schlecht gefallen 😉, dass wir planen, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.

Fantastisch
Wir durften drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus verbringen. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer etc. sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein Traum, umgeben von einem riesigen Olivenhain. Sogar ein kleiner Garten, mt Tomaten, Auberginen etc. steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Das alles wird dann noch von den Gastgebern getopt. Vangelis, Popi und Maria - Ihr seid wundervolle Gastgeber. Stetig bemüht, es den Gästen so schön wie möglich zu machen.
Wer einen ruhigen Ruckzugsort, mitten in der Natur sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Deshalb ist ein Auto auch Voraussetzung um zu den nahen Stränden, Tavernen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu kommen.
Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder!

Un séjour inoubliable
Une villa fidèle à la description, même mieux.
Un environnement idéal pour se ressourcer tout en étant à proximité de lieux plus animés .
Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes.
Pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis c’est le lieu ideal.
Nous y retournerons sûrement.

In summary: A beautiful, modern & clean house in a beautiful location in the middle of an olive plantation with sea views.
The service of the owners is very warm & welcome.
The villa is well equipped and you can just enjoy the time!
We will be back!

A perfectly secluded safe haven for the family
From the moment we arrived at Mariandry we were welcomed like family & treated to a beautiful home cooked meal which was very much appreciated after the long journey from the UK. It had all the amenities we could have hoped for as well as fresh supplies in the fridge and cupboard to keep us going for the first few days. There were homemade wines and olive oil, fresh fruit & vegetables growing out back to use over the stay. Being a chef by trade this was an absolute the dream to me, fresh tomatoes still warm from the sunshine were a real treat & savoured every single day.
The view and settings are absolutely stunning, our little boy, Bobby spend hours wandering through the olive groves and we were content that he was safe as the borders are completely fenced off. He spent each day between the very well thought out play area and the pool which was warm, clean and so refreshing during the long hot sunny days.
Given its location you may think it is remote but within 15 minutes drive you can be at the beach, with many tavernas and bars to choose from, it was also the perfect base to explore local attractions, beaches and towns which we did but were always so happy to return to the villa.
Being brand new, it was incredibly clean, Popi the host made sure we had everything we needed, supplying a change of linen and towels whenever required and her husband took great pride in clearing the pool and outside areas during our stay, the whole family including their daughter Maria take a huge amount of pride in their service and did everything they could to ensure we had the most wonderful stay. Our little boy loved the visits from Popi who would always bring gifts and treats, The most wonderful heart and kind hospitality
100% recommended for anyone wanting an idyllic escape with plenty of rest & relaxation away for the chaos of current life, this is the place!

An unique and relaxing experience we must do !
his has been our best experience we ever had while travelling to houses for vacations and week-ends, best memories of our vacations in Creta.
Popi, her husband and Maria are incredible, very friendly, passionated and helpful, great hosts. They made us confortable as we would be in our own house. We all enjoyed the stay at the MariAndry Villa.
The house is incredibly relaxing with an amazing view on the olive trees (making good olive oil that you can taste) and sea view, all is like in the pictures, very clean, high comfort with all you need : great pool cleaned daily, barbecue, all kitchen equipment, TV, a good place for the kids to play… The villa is totally new and very well designed. There is also a vegetable garden where you can pick tomatoes, egg plants, cucumbers to make good and tasty salads. I was about to forget the 2 bodyguards of the villa : a nice dog and cat
It’s difficult put words and explain how we enjoyed our stay and Popi, she also prepared a cretan dish when we were at the villa.
We can only recommend anyone who want to relax in Creta and meet great people to go at Popi’s villa. Our kids and the parents are missing everything…
