The outdoor area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Contemporary meets classic inside the lavish MariAndry Villa. Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces. The two bedrooms of the villa lightened up with natural light from the windows, are located on the ground floor, each of them boasting single beds (0,90x2) which are joined to form King Size beds. The first bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin. For your outmost convenience, one more shared bathroom is available right next to the second bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower cabin, with an overhead rainfall shower. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in real beds. Two more guests can be accommodated. One in a folding bed, located in the bedroom (with the en-suite bathroom) and one in the sofa bed of the living room area. *The sofa bed can accommodate one adult or two small children. Outside The Villa is set in 14 acres of outstanding natural beauty, embellished with a private swimming pool & five-seater outdoor heated whirlpool. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrella, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! BBQ facilities (charcoal) , a wooden oven and gas hobs are also available, offering a stylish al fresco space and several choices for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area, while admiring the spectacular views and listening to the birdsong. An outdoor shower is also available. For families with a baby on board, our unique luxury baby-friendly Villa provides luxury self-catering with safety, comfort and parents in mind. An outdoor shaded lawn covered playground (fenced) is available for our younger guests, featuring a play house, a swing, children furniture, a little plastic children’s pool, as well as several outdoor toys. The owner of the Villa owns a friendly dog who may greet and accompany you upon your arrival. For Relaxation Our Villa is an exquisite away-from-it-all nature’s retreat that will create cherished family memories of a time well spent. A passion for the exploration of the unexpected and the wish to feel close to nature. A dream home that guests won't ever want to leave. Practicalities There is plenty free secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 10 cars.
The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine, Frappe machine & Filter coffee machine, Food Processor (Multi), Juicer, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, open plan fully equipped kitchen, Safety Box, First Aid Kit, Alarm System, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector. Your Home Stay Includes Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner.

The best villa we have ever rented
we spent unforgettable 14 days in this Villa/ Maria is a very carefull host. the villa is spottlessly clean. and there is on thing - is was a special care, like the cake to my husband for the Bday.

MariAndry Villa - An amazing villa with exceptional hosts
Having stayed in the villa, and last year having such a fantastic holiday, we booked again two days after our return in June 2023, and then looked forward all year to our holiday!! And it was exceptional again. Maria and Poppi (and Vagelis) have maintained their very high standards and exceeded them, with improvements from last year. Maria was present everyday to clean the outdoor area and pool, but as always this wasn’t intrusive and was undertaken early in the morning. However, because she is such a lovely bubbly and friendly person, we found ourselves getting up to have a chat with her. She was available via WhatsApp all through the holiday and provided us with some amazing restaurant recommendations, which were perfect and really helped us enjoy our holiday. The villa is perfectly located if you want peace, tranquillity, and the standards of cleanliness and attention to detail are way beyond anything we have ever experienced before in Greece. A hire car is essential, however this gives access to the beautiful surrounding area, mountain villages are nearby and it’s only a 4km run to Georgioupolis, 20 mins drive to Rethymnon (where there are some lovely restaurants and tavernas) and 50 mins to Chania (again some lovely restaurants). We had some trips out, even though it is hard to tear yourself away from the villa, and Maria was able to provide suggestions on each occasion, which were brilliant. Maria was present with a very warm welcome on our arrival at the villa. The fridge was FULLY stocked, we didn’t need to shop for any groceries for quite a few days, which was so thoughtful and generous. And as it was our second stay, there was a welcome back cake, which was delicious. And once again we fell in love with Tass, the lovely, gentle dog, who lives in the outdoor area (away from the villa). She is so gentle, and has the nicest nature, she doesn’t pester at all and who could resist giving her a tummy tickle – and maybe some ham!! If you want fantastic comfortable holiday accommodation and meet the loveliest owners – then MariAndry is it!! WE virtually never return to places we have stayed, as the world is to be explored but we will return here and are already planning when our next stay will be – it will be very soon, for sure. Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor
Zwei befreundete Pärchen ( Endfünfziger ) können die bisherigen, positiven Bewertungen vollumfänglich bestätigen. Haus, Ausblick und Umfeld sind wunderschön. Die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer ist mit Worten nicht auszudrücken; so etwas haben wir - im positiven Sinn - noch nie erlebt. Dafür noch einmal lieben Dank an Maria und Popi. Zum hohen Wohlfühlfaktor hat auch der am Haus lebende Hund TAS wesentlich beigetragen. Ein ganz liebes Tier mit besonderem Charakter. Uns hat es so schlecht gefallen 😉, dass wir planen, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen. Liebe Grüsse von Petra & Thomas und Kerstin @ Thomas

Fantastisch
Wir durften drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus verbringen. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer etc. sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein Traum, umgeben von einem riesigen Olivenhain. Sogar ein kleiner Garten, mt Tomaten, Auberginen etc. steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Das alles wird dann noch von den Gastgebern getopt. Vangelis, Popi und Maria - Ihr seid wundervolle Gastgeber. Stetig bemüht, es den Gästen so schön wie möglich zu machen. Wer einen ruhigen Ruckzugsort, mitten in der Natur sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Deshalb ist ein Auto auch Voraussetzung um zu den nahen Stränden, Tavernen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu kommen. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder!

Un séjour inoubliable
Une villa fidèle à la description, même mieux. Un environnement idéal pour se ressourcer tout en étant à proximité de lieux plus animés . Les propriétaires sont extrêmement accueillants et soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. Pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis c’est le lieu ideal. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

OK WooooW! In summary: A beautiful, modern & clean house in a beautiful location in the middle of an olive plantation with sea views. The service of the owners is very warm & welcome. The villa is well equipped and you can just enjoy the time! We will be back!

A perfectly secluded safe haven for the family
From the moment we arrived at Mariandry we were welcomed like family & treated to a beautiful home cooked meal which was very much appreciated after the long journey from the UK. It had all the amenities we could have hoped for as well as fresh supplies in the fridge and cupboard to keep us going for the first few days. There were homemade wines and olive oil, fresh fruit & vegetables growing out back to use over the stay. Being a chef by trade this was an absolute the dream to me, fresh tomatoes still warm from the sunshine were a real treat & savoured every single day. The view and settings are absolutely stunning, our little boy, Bobby spend hours wandering through the olive groves and we were content that he was safe as the borders are completely fenced off. He spent each day between the very well thought out play area and the pool which was warm, clean and so refreshing during the long hot sunny days. Given its location you may think it is remote but within 15 minutes drive you can be at the beach, with many tavernas and bars to choose from, it was also the perfect base to explore local attractions, beaches and towns which we did but were always so happy to return to the villa. Being brand new, it was incredibly clean, Popi the host made sure we had everything we needed, supplying a change of linen and towels whenever required and her husband took great pride in clearing the pool and outside areas during our stay, the whole family including their daughter Maria take a huge amount of pride in their service and did everything they could to ensure we had the most wonderful stay. Our little boy loved the visits from Popi who would always bring gifts and treats, The most wonderful heart and kind hospitality 100% recommended for anyone wanting an idyllic escape with plenty of rest & relaxation away for the chaos of current life, this is the place!

An unique and relaxing experience we must do !
his has been our best experience we ever had while travelling to houses for vacations and week-ends, best memories of our vacations in Creta. Popi, her husband and Maria are incredible, very friendly, passionated and helpful, great hosts. They made us confortable as we would be in our own house. We all enjoyed the stay at the MariAndry Villa. The house is incredibly relaxing with an amazing view on the olive trees (making good olive oil that you can taste) and sea view, all is like in the pictures, very clean, high comfort with all you need : great pool cleaned daily, barbecue, all kitchen equipment, TV, a good place for the kids to play… The villa is totally new and very well designed. There is also a vegetable garden where you can pick tomatoes, egg plants, cucumbers to make good and tasty salads. I was about to forget the 2 bodyguards of the villa : a nice dog and cat It’s difficult put words and explain how we enjoyed our stay and Popi, she also prepared a cretan dish when we were at the villa. We can only recommend anyone who want to relax in Creta and meet great people to go at Popi’s villa. Our kids and the parents are missing everything…
