Fantastic holiday
Absolutely amazing holiday. Villa was spotless and the pool was fantastic. This holiday has got to go down as one of our best. Tracy was brilliant and couldn’t do anymore for us if we needed her. Everything you need is in this villa and plenty beds and chairs around the pool. Was lovely after a night out turning all lights off and laying by the pool watching the shooting stars. We couldn’t have asked for better. Our biggest problem was that we only booked for 2 weeks instead of 3. We weren’t ready to leave. Thank you Tracy and look forward to booking with you again soon.

Not good enough
I have been going to camposol since 2016. I have previously stayed at this property and had concerns regarding shade in the pool area,but I thought they had been addressed. One parasol is not enough in 40 degree heat.Out door furniture is worn and not very good I would personally scrap it myself. The pool was going green which I complained about and although I was told someone was going to come noone did. The pool on our last day was unusable. The villa itself was clean but very basic. No remote for the Aircon in one of the rooms. Light bulb out in dining area and very dim in one of the bathrooms. I would never book it again. Definitely gone down hill since 2016.

Hi, I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay as much as before. with regard to the pool, I have been advised that the pool company did call round. With a combination of extreme heat and sun lotions this can affect the chemical balance. I am surprised you needed more than one parasol for 3 guests and of course you have shade on the terrace overlooking the pool area. Much of the outside furniture was replaced just 2 years ago. Most guests find the villa very well equipped however we will review this for any future bookings. Many thanks.

Hell
I come here every year, we’ve never been so disgusted. Its like they never clean a thing in this villa. Can’t even talk about the pool and other outside area’s. You can’t stay more than 2 days. We asked for refund so we can immediately live. But this agency just want your money and don’t ever think to get back your money. They don’t help, they just mock you and let you think that they will help you by keeping you the most in this sh!tty place. Worst customer service ever.

The moment they arrived and told lie after lie. Clearly they are fraudsters and scammers who are trying to get a free holiday from genuine people. Rent to these people at your own risk

I‘m gonna hold it simple; Villa full of wasps (multiple Nests), we couldn‘t even use the Pool and nobody Made the effort to call the exterminators… We left the Villa 1 week before the checkout and didn’t even got a week worth of Refund After fighting one week with wasps and the agency/owner.
Rent this Villa only if you would spend Money for fighting hundreds of wasps with sprays and traps.
*Scammed from the beginning to the end

this was removed once last year as it is not an accurate review, why have you allowed it to go back online??????????
this review is slanderous and the guests had a refund even though they lied about various issues. The refund happened as per your advice even though i paid a full booking fee

I have been coming to camposol since 2017, and I have never seen such service! lack of professionalism. they take people for i ! there were about forty wasps a day. it was impossible for us to swim without getting stung. they wanted to know nothing to find no solution. when we asked for a refund and left the premises they lied to us to say tomorrow tomorrow but no decision has been made. I do not recommend this house and even this agency is sh. they ruined my vacation. to take people's money they are there but when there is a problem nobody are there.

This person is tells lies. Do not rent to this person. I was in contact every day. They lied about how many guests were present. They received a refund even though it was not justified and Tripadvisor charged a large booking fee to them which none of which was refunded. They reported not using the pool but on every occasion I visited the house there were pool toys in the pool. Everything was done to get rid of wasps but there is only so much you can do with nature!!!

Excelente villa. Muchas gracias a Tracey Squire, que nos soluciono rápidamente un problema inicial.. estupenda ubicación, muy tranquila y con toda clase de facilidades y entretenimientos. Tracey, gran profesional y, amable y servicial. Intentaremos repetir el próximo verano.

Peaceful location bit villa is looking tired.
This villa is in a lovely location and has a fantastic pool, air con , ceiling fans and is well equipment inside. Outside is quite untidy and lacks sun beds and parasols. When we were their we had building materials left around the villa . Tracey was helpful and responded quickly if we had a problem. There are lots of flies in this area so really difficult to eat outside . I think it could do with a little Tlc

Could not ask for better. Fully equipped and did not want for anything. All amenities within walking distance. Pool fabulous and cleaned twice whilst there on a two week stay. definately Home from Home

Very enjoyable
Greeted by Tracey at villa (thank you!). Well equipped, clean and modern. In nice quiet area, helpful neighbours and although there was problem with hot water it was fixed immediately.
