Its high, palm tree lined walls, huge dramatic entrance gates and large central pool with constant flowing fountain could fool you into thinking you were entering an ancient Moorish fort in the deserts of North Africa. This magnificent building is actually the resorts main commercial centre. The shaded, promenade runs around the inside of each of its four sides and is lined with shops, bars and restaurants, making it a true oasis under the hot Spanish sun. The Clover Irish bar, La Acacia Italian restaurant, resort supermarket, golf pro shop and community office are all located here. Condado with its wide-open green spaces, tropical gardens, numerous children's play parks and swimming pools make it ideal for those looking for that healthy, outdoor lifestyle. As a gated community with controlled access, 24 hour manned security and low speed limits, Condado provides an ultra-safe environment, perfect for families with young children. For the more energetic Condado's fantastic sports complex offers tennis, padel, squash and football. As well as having an outdoor gym and multi-sport court the complex has also recently opened the doors to its new Sports Bar so you can relax, unwind and recover with an ice cold, post-match drink of your choice. Located at the foothills of the Sierra Espuña regional park, Condado De Alhama is about 10 minutes' drive from the large town of Alhama de Murcia and only 22km from the beach resort of Mazarrón. Regular free buses run daily to and from Alhama from outside the resort centre and there is an additional paid service to Mazarrón and back 4 times a day.
