Sayle Point House is located on the beach with its own private cay and cove to fish, snorkel, kayak etc....
We are located on 7 acres of private land. You will have a long private driveway to the home. The house is surrounded by the beautiful caribbean waters on 3 sides! views are always spectacular from morning sunrise to a beautiful sunset at your front door.
The house is 8 years old, contemporary furniture and is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large deck and a small private pool in addition to the sea.
There is also a barbecue for outdoor cooking
This house is perfect for up to 3 couples or a family of up to 7.
All bedrooms have a full private bathroom.

Quarantining in Paradise
I can't say enough good things about the house, location and experience with Laurie and Matt at Sayle Point House. Us, and another couple, had originally booked the house at the end of May but due to COVID19 and Bahamas restrictions we had to move to a new week in August. Laurie had no issues with working with us on finding that new week and even helped us organize flights over to the island as commercial flights were sparse and constantly getting cancelled. When we arrived to the island on a Saturday, Eleuthera was on a two week lockdown and we were unable to stop by the grocery stores to get food since they were closed till Monday. Elvis, the house watcher, had already stocked the fridge and house with food to get us through till Monday.
Due to the lockdown we were a little disappointed about spending all our time at the house, as we love to explore the island. But man were we pleasantly surprised! The house is everything you could possibly want and more. The snorkeling is great around the island and around the cliffs to the left of Rainbow Bay. The pool was amazing in the evening when you had too much salt and the outdoor speakers were the perfect mood setter. The kitchen and house had everything you would want to feel at home. The house had cornhole, cards, floats, beach chairs, beach towels and everything else you need to make a day of it. This is the perfect house for two or three couples or even two families with kids as the beach is literally right outside of your door. In addition, the house is centrally located on the island with two great grocery stores within 10 minutes of driving.
I can't say enough good things about our trip and dealings with Matt & Laurie. We are counting down the days till we are able to get back.

Paradise!
I was lucky enough to stay at the Sayle Point House in June 2019 and I can’t say enough. The house and location are truly a dream! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the water is the bluest water I have ever seen. The Sayle Point House has everything you could ever want and I highly recommend it! Be sure to use some of the goggles supplied and take a look out near the cay, we saw some beautiful fish and starfish!

SECLUDED AND GORGEOUS VIEWS!
5 STARS! Just stayed a week at Sayle Point....where do I start?
The views and seclusion were amazing. Water from 3 sides of the house was spectacular. House was trendy, clean and well kept!
The folks at Sayle Point have a caretaker by the name of ELVIS. I cannot rave enough how much of a gem he is. He is honest, caring, knowledgable and takes great care of the guests. The owners are so fortunate to have such a great man tending their home.
The snorkeling on the property is great, we found tons of sand dollars and even found 2 starfish. The sunsets are breathtaking! We had a blast kayaking in the evenings.
This place is the perfect getaway if you want seclusion and relaxation! Thank you, Matt and Laurie!
We are already talking about coming back. 💛

Saw house being built
We were staying at Wederzervit and had the opportunity to view Sayle House. What an amazing property. The view is beautiful, it's a brand new house and the location is ideal. I would definitely recommend this property.
