Incredible villa, absolutely perfect!
I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. We have just returned from a 9 night stay with our 3 teenage daughters (18, 17 and 14) and one of their friend- 6 of us in total. From the moment we arrived, we loved everything about this villa. Firstly, the villa is gorgeous. So comfortable and so well equipped. The pool in stunning and a good size. The outdoor area is exquisite and the outdoor bbq/eating area just wonderful.
The location is superb and close to shops, bars, restaurants and stunning beaches. We cycled down to the beach every day with the bikes that came with the villa. So much fun and so easy- 5 minute cycle.
But most of all, Maria, the host is utterly wonderful. She made us feel so welcome and thought of everything. All the little touches in the villa gave it a hotel feel- fluffy robes for everyone and regular cleaning. Maria answered any questions we had and helped us with everything. She couldn't have been kinder and more helpful.
Maria, you have such a wonderful villa and it's a perfect stay for families or friends. We fell in love with Crete- all the people are so friendly. We would also recommend the 4 hour boat trip to a secluded bay for snorkeling.
Maria, we will definitely be back. And 10 out of 10 for all your hard work and you made our holiday just perfect- which is not easy with 3 teenage girls!! They all loved it

Thank you Maria, we all had the most fabulous holiday in you amazing villa. The extra service you gave us was just outstanding and over and above anything we have had before staying in a villa or could have every have wished for. From arranging a beautiful birthday cake, ice creams, pastries and even bottle champagne. Many Thanks. We will be certainly back.

Fabulous hosts and beautiful villa
Cannot say anything negative….. absolutely wonderful Villa, super clean with everything a family of 7 need.
Wonderful host and team that maintain the excellent standard in and outside of the Villa.
Very much enjoyed our two weeks.

Perfect in every way!
The villa is perfectly located to be near to the beach, shops and tavernas, yet it was so peaceful and quiet as it is surrounded by farmland and a riding centre. So we felt like we were in our own little sanctuary.
The outside area is nothing short of outstanding and surrounds the villa on all sides.
There was always a shady spot to catch a breeze on a hot day and you were spoilt for choice with places to sit by the pool - sun loungers, day bed, hammocks and chairs with coffee table. We are used to having space at home so it is fabulous to be able to spread out the same whilst on holiday.
The pool itself was the perfect temperature and the large Roman steps made it super easy for everyone to get in and out of. Our eldest daughter has Down's Syndrome and she found all areas of the villa very easy to access - so many modern villas these days have too many steps.
The beds were super comfy and the fact that they each had individually controlled air con meant that everyone could choose the perfect temperature for them. (Some of us like quite a cool bedroom.)
We ate outside most of the time and the outside kitchen and dining area were just perfect for this, even though my husband struggled to get the hang of the BBQ, but think that's just because he isn't used to using a BBQ.
Special mention must go to the best cleaners ever - they were unbelievably thorough, leaving the villa immaculate and were always so pleasant and friendly. And last but not least Maria who was an exceptional host. We were welcomed with a fully stocked fridge and the biggest bowl of fruit from which we all ate fruit salad for breakfast from for the first week. She thought of absolutely everything and made us feel like VIP's from start to finish. She was always quick to respond with recommendations when we asked for them and would often bring a treat for us to taste. We felt spoilt rotten and she was an absolute delight. We actually left feeling more like friends and we would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful villa, full of entertainment for adults and children
The villa is simply stunning and has everything (and more!) that you could need for an awesome holiday. The pool was heated which meant the children could play all day. The play park and mini golf course kept everyone entertained.
When we arrived Maria was there to greet us, she has even filled the kitchen with some generous essentials which made us feel at home straight away.
The outside area is huge but gated so we didn't worry about kids escaping too. It's a very short walk to a great taverna, supermarkets and the beach. I would come back!

Großartige Villa mit herausragendem Kundenservice
Sehr schöne Villa mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten! Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lebensmittelläden in einem Radius von ca. 1 km erreichbar. Lidl ebenfalls ca. 1 km entfernt. Hervoragende Service. An dieser Stelle noch einmal unseren herzlichen Dank an Maria, die uns mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite stand!

Fantastic Villa
The villa was super equipped. Since the villa is located a bit outside, you had nice peace and quiet. The only noise you heard was from the horses that live next door.
The pool had a very pleasant temperature and was super equipped. We enjoyed the time very much and will certainly come again once to this villa.

Just perfect... ❤️
We (2 adults & 3 children aged from 7 months to 8 years) have been for one week in this beautiful mansion. A place, which we began to miss already soon after our departure.
The mansion is beautiful and lovingly arranged, further it is very clean. Most notably: in person it is a thousand times prettier than in the pictures!
Maria is a wonderful hostess, very helpful and unbelievably friendly. She definitely contributed to us feeling well there and made these holidays one of our most cherished experiences.
We are already looking forward to sit by this amazing pool and relax again.

Excellent villa
We were a party of 8, 2 families with 4 adults and 4 teenage kids 2 aged 16 and 2 aged 13 and we stayed for 2 weeks.
Maria was there to welcome us to the villa and provided some essential provisons which was helpful as we arrived quite late.
The villa itself was lovely, the photos are accurate and there was plenty of space. All of the bedrooms were a good size and air conditioned.
Outside there is always a shady place if you want to spend some times away from the sun.
The kitchen was fully equipped and the outside dining area (with bbq and pizza oven) also had a mini fridge and its own cutlery, plates & glasses.
The cleaners were excellent, they cleaned the villa thoroughly (4 hours or so cleaning the villa) twice a week, replacing all bed linen & towels and pool towels. Toilet rolls, diswasher tablets and washing powder were also replenished. The cleaners were happy to work around us when we were there and accomodate teenage kids who struggled to get out of bed (if you have teenage kids you will understand this).
The villa location is good, you can walk to the beach, supermarket or local bars/restaurants in about 5 to 10 mins or get a taxi into the old town Rethimno for about 8 to 10 euros.
Maria was also excellent, we had a couple of minor problems during our stay which she dealt with efficiently and quickly.
A final word, even the kids said the villa was good (even surley 16yr olds) and there was none of the typical teenage bickering.
Final final word, yes we would absolutely recommend the villa

Fantastic villa - 100% satisfied
We stayed in this fantastic and modern villa for 1 week (we were 8 people) and will certainly book again as we have never been to such a great and luxury place for good money before. When we arrived at the villa we were all more than happy and amazed as this villa is even more beautiful than on the pictures. The villa is huge and has great size, bedrooms all well furnished. There is air conditioning everywhere. All bath/shower/toilet rooms were supplied with hand soap & shower gel, towels and pool towels and the kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils & electrical goods (including dishwasher +tablets)...the house was very clean on our arrival and cleaned once during our stay (all desinfected and cleaned in detail).
The outdoor space is vast. There is a great area around the pool with many sunbeds and nice palms. The big table and barbecue area is also very nice and no direct neighbors which makes it a quiet place. The pool itself is very good size, clean and warm.
As there is a jacuzzi, table tennis, billiard, soccer, darts, mini golf, gym area, wifi and tv we never got bored and stayed up late as we loved playing billiard until long hours. The bikes were great for a quick trip to the shops or beach. Our children also loved the mini golf and the playground area.
The beaches close to the villa are sandy beaches.
We all highly recommend this villa which is great for families &/or a group to get away. It is all private and the host only comes if needed.
Our host Maria was very helpful & quick to respond with recommendations & help and even provided water, beer, oil etc.
when we arrived. Thank you very much for all the gifts and your hospitality.
