The Studio is a newly renovated spacious barn conversion with private patio and a stunning balcony looking over a magnolia tree to the sea beyond. It is set in the large beautiful garden of the house of the owners ( who live on site). The garden also boasts a German bunker from WWII.
It is called The Studio as it used to be used by an artist.
The bedroom has zip and link beds which can be a huge super king or two single beds. The linen is top quality and the duvet and pillows are hypo allergenic and ecologically sourced.
The seaside feel lounge has WiFi, Sonos sound system, smart TV, and a double sofa bed. In the summer you can open the double doors and extend the room onto the balcony which has 2 easy chairs.

Exquisite accomodation for two.
The studio is perfectly situated within the owners gorgeous grounds, within walking distance of shops and bus stops. It is beautifully furnished and equipped. Linen sheets!!!
It is light and airy and spacious. It has everything you need to self cater properly. The bed is enormous and so comfy. Two area to sit out and enjoy the views and the sunshine. Totally quiet at night. Lovely hosts who are generous and thoughtful. I really couldn't find fault at all, and I am very picky!
It was perfect.
I was on my own and felt so much at home instantly.

Not England.... not France .... Better!
Wonderful single storey home with great terrace which catches all the sun. Bedroom is delightful and the living areas excellent. Small local supermarket and good bus services to the rest of the island. Alison and Nic were unobtrusively helpful. Guernsey is a fascinating place to visit. In May the beautiful beaches were quiet, with well organised beach bars and restaurant/pubs. Hope to return to visit all the museums we didn't see because of the beautiful weather!

Very comfortable, highly recommended.
The Studio is very comfortable, hosts have gone out of their way to make staying with them a pleasure. The photos and description of the property under sell it. We would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous studio apartment
Very comfortable super king size bed and a superbly fitted studio. The patio area is great for an outdoor supper

Simply Perfect
Great location, perfect hosts, and probably the best self catering we have ever stayed in for that homely feeling! Access to the coast road, small daily supermarket and petrol station delicious butchers.

Beautiful home from home
Hosted by the friendly and helpful Alison and Nic, who provide a thoughtful welcome pack, we looked forward to returning here every evening after days spent exploring the island! Not only is the building itself characterful but it’s been beautifully converted, furnished and dressed throughout. I enjoyed using the kitchen when we cooked for ourselves, everything that we needed was there and of good quality. We loved looking out at the charming gardens and sitting on the patio, via the car park area just off the quiet lane . The property is full of light and is spacious in all areas including the shower room. Finally, we slept very well as the super king bed was exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommended

Enchanting place to stay by the sea
Enchanting location close to the beach. Our hosts, Nick and Alison, were very helpful and generous. The Studio is an old stone barn which has been been beautifully and tastefully renovated, with lots of room for two adults. The grounds are lovely, which include pretty gardens and a real German Bunker from the Occupation days!

The Perfect Studio
The Studio is a great place to relax and unwind. It provides very comfortable, well equipped, bright and spacious accommodation for 2 people within the owners’ beautiful and well cared for garden. The sunny private terrace for the studio was perfect for enjoying the sunny weather and the balcony offered views across the garden to the sea beyond.
Ali and Nic are very welcoming and friendly with a great passion for the environment. The lovely welcome pack was well received especially the yummy eggs from the resident chickens!

Superb base for exploring Guernsey in a comfortable well equipped barn conversion.
An ideal stay for a couple. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and great sitting areas, inside and outside on a balcony. Also an Al fresco dining area within beautiful gardens.
What's not to like - steps are good exercise; cat and chicken visitors prevent loneliness!
We really liked the location, a short stroll to the seafront, a well stocked small supermarket, a good butchers, good pub/bistro and numerous 'hedge stalls'.

What a lovely place to stay. Can’t fault anything - clean, comfortable and everything you need. Hosts were great and the setting is beautiful. Perfect.
