"Ohana" means 'family' and this home is the perfect family getaway! This comfortable three bedroom duplex is located on a quiet, sound-side cul-de-sac in North Topsail Beach. Sleeping up to 8 people, this home is ideal for medium sized families or groups of friends. Just imagine sitting on the porch observing the serene landscapes and wildlife and having the convenience of a short walk to the beach. Underneath the home, you will find covered parking for two vehicles and uncovered parking for additional guests. A private, enclosed outdoor shower and picnic table are located underneath as well. The main entrance is located in the center of the covered parking area. The first level houses the master bedroom, which leaves little to be desired. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and bedroom 3 features two twin sized beds. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor in the hallway. Continuing up to the next level you will find the main living area. The dining area is open to the kitchen and has comfortable seating for eight. This open concept floorplan leads you into the living room which is divided into two places to relax. The living room is complete with a love seat and three club chairs. The french doors lead to a private sunroom that features a queen sleeper sofa, providing an extra seating and sleeping area. A sunny sound side deck is also located off the living room and sunroom, offering the perfect place for your morning coffee! There is also full bathroom located on this level. If you are looking for a relaxing family vacation, "Ohana" is the place for you! Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. This property is managed by Access Realty in Surf City, NC. **Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company. **Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date. **Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs. **After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In. Additional amenities: Full Kitchen
