First class in every way, highly recommended.
This apartment is absolutely wonderful, it is the finest self catering property I have ever used. It lacked for nothing and was extremely well furnished, decorated and kitted out. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already there - I would say that a lot of thought has gone into this rental and it shows in bucketloads. I was as comfortable there as I am in my own home. Everything was absolutely spotless and the beds were so very comfortable. We initially struggled a little to find the apartment as we didn't know the area at all and after a very long journey, unfortunately, we arrived when it was dark, which was not ideal. However, we did get within 200 yards and I telephoned the owner, who was charming and so helpful - she immediately directed us to the apartment - and stayed on the phone until we were safely in the car park - brilliant ! I could not fault this rental in any way whatsoever, everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this apartment, and I would have no hesitation in booking it again and would look forward to staying there.

Perfection !
This is a 5 Star apartment with a 5 star owner . Nothing in Kinghorn comes anywhere close for style comfort or cleanliness. Lynne the owner is a fantastic host great communication and always helpful. Truly a perfect apartment 😁😁😁😁😁

Luxurious apartment, home from home
Wonderful place with everything you could think of…fine linens, top quality equipment and fittings and the highest standard of cleanliness throughout. We loved coming back to it each evening, so comfortable! Excellent transport links on the doorstep, into Edinburgh in 40 mins, Dundee in 50 mins.
We couldn’t have asked for more, great value.

Luxury stay at Kinghorn Apartment
Words difficult to do justice to this beautifully furnished and equipped apartment. Luxurious in every way, super comfortable, clean with every need considered and met for the individual or family. The location is perfect for walking, wild water swimming, golf or simply exploring the fascinating towns and harbours along the coastline.
Lynne has ticked all the boxes, providing information and recommendations pertaining to every interest; dining, travel relaxing, local and Scottish history.- whatever the weather it’s covered!
We loved our stay and certainly hope for a return visit.

Stunning apartment in Kinghorn
We enjoyed a lovely few days in this beautiful apartment. Tastefully furnished, stylish and comfortable and immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing break. Handy location for visiting Fife and east coast and walking distance to two lovely beaches. Owner exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Can recommend highly.

Outstanding apartment in Fife, a home from home.
I highly recommend this Apartment- it is spacious, modern and beautifully furnished. It is well situated to explore Fife whether by car, bus, walking paths or cycling. All the inspiration you may need is available in information leaflets on the local area provided by the owner. I would not hesitate in booking again.

A great sanctuary for the family
This is a well equipped apartment for the entire family. We had a great time visiting the beach in the evenings and relaxing indoors. A gem apartment in Kinghorn, we will be back soon Lynne.

Just perfect!
We stayed at Inchview over Christmas and it was cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lynne was very helpful and the apartment contained all we could ask for and more! We'd definitely love to stay there again.

Pet cleaning fees (if occupation is agreed) will also be charged (£40).
