Nice villa close to the beach
We spent 2 weeks at Villa Andreas with the kids and it was great. The service is impeccable, the villa is in a beautiful little village right next to the beach and has a pool. The services go beyond just helping with the villa, they offer help with anything related to your trip, like beach club, restaurant or tour bookings. It's very helpful.
The villa itself is over 4 floors with many bedrooms, a magnificent pool and all amenities, even Netflix.
I definitely recommend booking with Lucy, she and her husband are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful huge house in our favourite town
We had a lovely week's stay at Villa Andreas. Lucy and Andreas greeted us and could not have been more helpful.
The house is huge and is very well equipped. The kids in particular enjoyed the exercise machines by the pool. The pool was beautifully clean and we spent many happy hours in and around it.
This is our third holiday in Panormos and we love it. The house is in a great position to walk quickly to all the beaches and restaurants and also to the supermarket.
We would definitely return!

Dont miss this fabulous villa
We stayed in this amazing villa for a week from 13th July. The whole trip was amazing. Kostas was our contact before we went and he replied to all our emails promptly and was very helpful and informative. He helped us arrange airport transfers both ways before we got there. The owner of the villa Mrs Lucy lives very close by and i cant praise her enough. She advised us about local buses for trips out and about and allowed us to leave out cases in the garage on our last day. She was only at the end of the phone if needed and was so kind and friendly. The villa itself is stunning. Its perfectly situated, quiet but close to bars and restaurants, fully equipped with absolutely everything and huge in size. Brilliant value for the money. We loved the pool which was clean and well kept. Panormo is a lovely little place and id highly recommend Villa Andreas which we booked through Airbnb. We had the perfect holiday and all 9 of us loved our villa and our host.

Fabulous villa in a wonderful resort
I stayed with my extended family for a week. Ages ranged from 21 to 83 and everyone had a great time. Loads to do in the area and plenty of room in the villa for us to have our own space.
The whole booking process & support in resort was outstanding.
Thank you to Kostas, Robert & Mrs Lucy. We look forward to returning.

Perfect for families
The villa is excellent for a family get together. So much space and the garden is a super playground for under 8s. The pool was well used by all and the bedrooms are quiet and each has a terrace or balcony with stunning views. The seaside village of Panormo is an ideal size for families with young children and the beaches are small but sandy and the water shallow by the shoreline. Tavernas first class. All in all a brilliant holiday.

Beautiful villa in a perfect location
We had a brilliant holiday at Villa Andreas. The welcome by Lucy was 5* and she was available throughout our holiday to answer any questions.
The location of the property was perfect, sitting at the quiet side of Panoramos but within easy walking distance of all the shops and bars. There is no need for a car but it is a help if you need to do a big supermarket shop - we found the village expensive for general shopping a a trip to Lidl was really worth it!
The swimming pool was lovely and always clean, the space around the pool is a little limited for 11 though.
The kitchen facilities are great, with plenty of cookware and crockery for 11 people. We found it difficult to fit 11 people around the table comfortably at meal times, but we managed. There is nowhere outside for 11 people to sit and eat a meal, which was also a disappointment.
We only had two issues with the villa and that was the bedrooms on the bottom floor, these rooms were interlinked, which was not noted on the website. You have to walk through the triple room (3 singles) to get to a double room, meaning those in the double disturbed the triple room every morning. The door to this room is also extremely difficult to open and close and cannot be done quietly, the children could not shut it at all. This really needs to be looked at or made clear on the website.
The other negative about the villa is the grassed area, this is a great space but it is accessed through the triple bedroom. This means the people in this room never get any privacy and the outside space cannot be used once people in that room go to bed. In our case we had children sleeping in there so we couldn’t use it after 9pm. This area is wasted space, and access to it needs to be reviewed.
If the access to the grassed area is resolved and the interlinked rooms were separated (which they could be) then Villa Andreas would get 5 stars, however these issues really disappointed us hence the 4 stars.

Dear Mrs. Julie, thank you for your time to review your stay in our Villa and we really appreciate your feedback. We would like to mention that the bedroom with the 3 single beds is a new addition to the Villa. The double bedroom will soon have its own entrance and the guests won’t have to walk through the other bedroom. Regarding outdoor dining it’s evident from the photos of our listing that there’s not a large dining table, but several smaller siting areas. Thanks again for being our guests and we hope to have you back soon!

Amazing holiday at Villa Andreas
We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at Villa Andreas and had an amazing holiday. We were a party of 9 people including a few teenagers. The Villa is very large and has everything you could wish for. The hosts Lucy and Andreas were lovely and so helpful. The position of the Villa is ideal - right by the sea and a short walk to the shops and tavernas. We would highly recommend restaurants ‘George and Georgia’, Geromymos’ and ‘Makus’. We also cooked a few times on the BBQ at the Villa and recommend the local butchers for kebabs and meat . The local bakery was also a hit with everyone. There is a small beach close to the Villa and a larger beach a short walk away with sun beds and umbrellas for around 7euros for the day. The villa pool is a luxury, the only down side is the sun goes off the pool around 2.30pm , so there was a scramble by the teenagers for the sun beds to one side of the pool! Panormo is an amazing place and untouched by tourism , with quaint streets and shops - the residents are really friendly. We had an amazing time and hope to be back soon!

Villa Andreas - July 2018
Stayed with ten people over three generations at Villa Andreas for a week, and could not recommend it enough. The hosts are generous and helpful, Panormo is a beautiful village with lovely tavernas and good beaches for kids and the villa itself is perfect! They even threw in a complimentary day at the nearby Baja beach club in Rethimno, which was perfect for the kids.
Hoping to come back here, the sooner the better!
Big thank you to Andrea and Lucy, and the team at etouri, for helping make our holiday very enjoyable!

Wonderful Villa Andreas
This is a fantastic villa in a truly wonderful location.
The villa surpassed all expectations, it is better than the description suggests. 5 out of 5 +. So spacious , well equipped and with lots of homely extra touches.
Lucy and Andreas are lovely people and very helpful .
The location, at the edge of Panormo is quiet, however it is literally 2 mins walk to a small supermarket and a good selection of bars and restaurant are to be found in less than 5 min walk ( closest is 2 mins ).with the sea 30 seconds from the door.
I can't recommed this villa highly enough and we can't wait to return.
Lucy and Andreas, thank you for being such welcoming hosts and letting us stay at this amazing place .

Beautiful Villa
There is no doubt about it this is a beautiful villa, well cared for by the owners. The bedding is new and the towels are fluffy and white. The owners are justifyably proud of it. I could say it was a little too beautiful for our party of 7 adults and three children the youngest of which is one and walking. Set over four floors there are lots of stairs which were a nightmare with the little one who can climb but likely to fall back down. But with seven of us watching we managed to keep him safe. There was plenty of room for each family. The views from the balconies are lovely. The children loved the swimming pool, we couldn’t get the six year old out of it. The pool is not big but adequate. It would have been nice to have a bit more patio room around the pool.
The playground was a life saver for us because we could sit in the evening and have a drink while the children played. When they got tired and went to bed we retired to one of the balconies for our night caps. We did manage to lock ourselves out a couple of times. One when the wind blew the door closed and again when the electronic key wouldn’t work. We hired a car, which turned out to be a bit of a waste of money as everything you want is within walking distance, There are plenty of eateries on the waterfron and in the town. The beach is a few minutes stroll away.
There are a couple of negatives:
Having the owners so close and visiting everyday plus all the security cameras we did feel a little as if we were being constantly watched.
We had a message from the holiday company saying that the owners had complained that we had left the garden area dirty which we took exception to. Untidy. Yes. Dirty. No. Admittedly we had left the debris from the night before to be cleared in the morning but hey we are on holiday!! I think that something got lost in translation and a wrong word used. We were glad they were close on the two occasions we got locked out. We left the in good order and no damage was caused by our party.
Secondly, the beach was dirty. Loads of not so nice things floating in the sea. There are also loads of cats, some owned with collars and lots of strays. We saw cat mess on the beach which isn’t ideal for children.
Did we enjoy the holiday - yes we did. would we go again - probably not, there are lots of other places in the world to explore.
