Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison très bien équipée et bien située L'environnement est paisible , les plages a 15 mns , en pleine campagne Tout était fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien , les propriétaires d'une gentillesse et d'une hospitalité rares ont été aux petits soins pour nous , nous en garderons un excellent souvenir GRAZIE Une adresse à recommander ++++++

The location worked really well for us. The scenery is wonderful, you get to the beach in half an hour, and there are nice villages and vineyards to visit nearby. The owners were very friendly, and their daughter spoke good English. The house was well kept and had ample space for our family of four (we rarely used the ground floor). The first floor kitchen was smallish, but ok. Also, two other things might be relevant to you: - there was a cat, "Romeo", that lived at/around the house, which our kids just loved, but which might be an issue if you're very allergic - on a couple of the hottest days the neighboring farmer started working really early and made some noise. I would recommend this place to anyone who's interested in a mix of activities. The region does not have the absolutely best beaches, highest mountains, or most famous sights, but the total package is great. We plan to come back next year.

Très jolie et confortable maison dans un cadre magnifique. Une annonce qui respecte ses promesses ! Propriétaires très sympas. Mer chaude avec plage de sable très fin pas très loin. Seul bémol : les chiens du voisin qui aboient le soir. Nous recommandons.

My family and friends had a great time at Casa Graziosa. The house is well equipped and the owners were very welcoming. The nearest beaches in Grottammare very convenient for children. We'll recommend this house in a beautiful place to our friends to stay.

This is a very clean, attractive and well appointed villa in a rural setting but close to usual amenities. Everyone with whom we came into contact was friendly, helpful and polite. Even though the ambient temperatures were in the high 30s the house was generally cool and well ventilated. There are two kitchens, but the one that we used on the first floor was rather cramped and needed a few more pots and pans.

We came to Casa Graziosa for the second time because it is in a very nice surrounding (vineyards), just 20 min away from the sea with a gorgeous view to the Monti Sibillini and the owner of the house is very friendly. This time we were extremely unlucky with the weather, but Clarita was so kind to restart the very efficient heating system - thank you! The area is really nice, people are extremely friendly and down to earth. Basically every restaurant offers good/high quality food at affordable prices and hospitality is a word that really still has its meaning in this area. We would like to come back!

Very nice countryhouse in winegrowing area. Well kept and about to be modernized. Sanitary rooms in excellent condition. We received a couple of very valuable suggestions for restaurants, beaches and the like. Only downside was the limited kitchen equipment. We are sure it wil be improved and are happy to return next year!

Such a beautiful setting, and so relaxing, Casa Graziosa was exactly what our family needed. The house is so welcoming - beautifully done and extremely clean. The perfect place for children and adults. We had another fantastic holiday, the peace and quiet, and sampling the real Italy. Marek 2011
