Fourth year staying at this wonderful property and it just gets better. A few steps from the beach, minutes from excellent tavernas, the perfect holiday location.

La maison est simplement parfaite !
Les hôtes sont d'une rare gentillesse. La maison est sublime ! Tout l'équipement est de qualité et on y trouve absolument tout. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilettes sont fournis. Une coupelle de fruits est offerte à l'arrivée avec une bouteille de vin ! En famille cette maison est parfaite la plage devant est très agréable. Je conseille à tous de louer pour les vacances aucune déception à prévoir 👍

Villa San Dimitrio, Logaras beach
An excellent villa and an excellent host and owner, Manolis, so friendly and always willing to help. A fantastic villa, spacious both indoors and outdoors with terrace and barbecue area. Only 50 m to the beach, 200 m away from the busiest area with bars, restaurants etc. Closest restaurant is Akteion, so nice and With very friendly and serviceminded owner and staff. Right on the beach. A few 100 meters to Minimarket and Mamas, where you can buy sweets, sandwichens etc and takeaway Meals. Also close to lokal bus and ATM and Piso Livadi beach.

Feels like home
We've recently returned from another perfect holiday at Villa San Dimitrio. The location suits us so well; being able to swim in the sea every day of the holiday is our idea of heaven. The taverna at the other end of the beach just adds to the enjoyment of each day that we spend at Logaras. The accommodation is well set out and everything one could want is there. We don't cook very much at the villa, maybe an omelette for breakfast, but if you wanted to cook a full meal, you could. The land around the villa is beautifully maintained and provides plenty of privacy, but you're just a stone's throw from the beach. Manolis is the perfect host, ensuring we were made welcome and keeping the villa beautifully clean during our stay. I would recommend the villa without reservation.

Third Year
Back for the third year in a row. What a wonderful villa situated in a perfect location, just a few steps from the beach. The house has everything you could possibly want and, despite being quiet, is only a short walk from a number of excellent tavernas. We have already booked for 2020!

A wonderful Greek island vacation
Manolis’ house was the perfect location for a family vacation by the sea. The beach was right at the end of the driveway, and we went down with our sun loungers every day. Manolis provided everything we could possibly need, down to a jar of home-grown capers in the refrigerator; he also left us a wonderful fruit bowl and even brought us a melon straightfrom his garden.
The house is beautiful. Upstairs is a double bedroom and full bath, and a huge balcony with table and chairs. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twins, and another large full bath. There,s a big living/dining room, a complete kitchen, and several outdoor terraces, including one with a wet bar. The airconditioning worked perfectly. There is even Netflix!
There are several tavernas and restaurants along the beach, and though we meant to cook a lot, we went out almost every night. The area was very safe for the seven- and five-year-old with us, and they enjoyed the freedom of playing up and down the beach during dinner. Many thanks to Manolis for his hospitality!

Everything we wanted - a perfect place for 4 people to share
We’ve just spent 14 days at Manolis’ house. He is a great host. We arrived to find a generous selection of fruit and other goodies, including a jar of preserved capers (grown in the garden), bottles of chilled water and good quality local wine. Halfway through our stay he brought us a dish of soft cheese, made by his father, who is a farmer. It was delicious. Manolis’ house is only steps from the water, but set back enough so that it avoids the (few) cars that travel along the nearby road. Logaras Beach is gorgeous, the water clean and, in June, still a great temperature. (However, for softies used to sand, it would be wise to bring sandals or shoes that can be worn into the water, as the beach is made of pebbles.) There are plenty of cafes an easy walk away that offer draught beer, local wine and cheap food, but we also enjoyed cooking for ourselves, finding the women in the local mini-market at the top of the hill to offer fruit and vegetables far superior to the supermarket. The house is ideal for cooking and/or barbecuing - we found a fishmonger in Naoussa - and for providing loads of different spaces for eating or for privacy. We were a couple and two singles and we loved the place. And we loved Paros, spending some time exploring the tiny island, with its hillside and coastal villages. We drove but saw plenty of people using local buses. Our favourite walk was to the next village of Piso Livadis, which has a tiny pebbled cove behind the cliff side church with great swimming.
Thanks to Manolis for being a great host. He was so anxious to please, but he had no reason for anxiety - we found his place to offer us everything we wanted.

Another wonderful holiday!
This was our second stay at Villa San Dimitrio. You can sometimes be disappointed when you return to a place where you have enjoyed staying but there was nothing to disappoint us - far from it! Everything was as wonderful as we remembered and we had a wonderful holiday, taking in the stunning view from the patio or the veranda, slipping down to the beach for a dip in the sea which was lovely and warm once we got over the initial coolness. The villa is so well equipped, even providing beach towels and a washing machine to freshen them up. We didn't cook at the villa - there are plenty of excellent tavernas within walking distance - but if we had wanted to there is a fully equipped kitchen. The villa was maintained very well during our stay with the bed linen and towels changed regularly and the villa was kept beautifully clean. Manolis, the owner, is so helpful and friendly but also unobtrusive so we could almost believe the villa was our own home. Thank you Manolis.

Excellente prestation
C'est une maison sur la plage, neuve, bénéficiant de toutes les commodités et d'une remarquable propreté. Un coin bar, salon de jardin, barbecue bien équipé permet d'organiser des soirées en plein air. Commerces et restaurant sont très proches. Manolis est très sympathique, disponible et de très bon conseil. Bref un excellent séjour en bord de mer.

υπεροχη διαμονη!!!!
ενα καταπληκτικο καταλυμμα διπλα στο κυμα !!! ενα υπεροχο σπιτι πληρως εξοπλησμενο,η διαμονη μας ηταν υπεροχη ειμασταν διπλα στην θαλασσα και πολυ κοντα στην αγορα για τα ψωνια μας!!! ο ιδιοκτητης πολυ φιλοξενος αλλα και διακριτικος ταυτοχρονα μας εκανε να αισθανθουμε σαν να ειμαστε στο σπιτι μας!!! πεντακαθαρο διαμερισμα με ολα τα απαραιτητα που χρειαζεται καποιος για να κανει ομορφες διακοπες!!! ο εξωτερικος χωρος εξαισιος!!! χωρος χαλαρωσης και αυτος πληρως εξοπλισμενος!!! μπραβο στον κυριο Μανωλη!!!!
