There is plenty of comfortable seating and a Large Flat Screen Television making the living area an ideal place for everyone to gather in the evening and enjoy a movie or a ball game at the end of a busy Florida day The Kitchen is very stylish and you can see the attention to quality detail in the beautiful tiling. It’s fully equipped to cater for all your needs, from a quick Breakfast or Lunch that can be taken at the very practical breakfast bar that includes comfortable stools and is a great place to chat with your guests while preparing dinner The Dining Area is lovely and practically located just off the kitchen, with the sophisticated flair that is so evident throughout the home. This is another great place for the family to gather in the evenings and perhaps plan more trips while enjoying some home cooking The Outside has a fair sized pool deck which is an added bonus in town homes as very few benefit from a pool and if they do the deck tends to be very small. This is an ideal size to enjoy a quick dip before breakfast or after a long day in the parks. There is a covered lanai area with a table and chairs where you can sample the delights of outdoor dining, be that an early breakfast or some nibbles and a refreshing drink at the end of the day The Bedrooms are delightful, each having their own special character, with an amazing interior that offers luxury and comfort and each one also has its own ceiling fan which can be a huge plus in the summer months, even with an AC system. The rooms will also offer a little haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day or for a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guest for dinner The bedroom line up consists of: Bedroom 1 – (downstairs) is a beautifully decorated Queen Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV and bathroom facilities next door. This includes bath with shower and single basin unit Bedroom 2 – (upstairs) King Suite. This room is simply gorgeous, the luxury and style that will make you feel truly pampered. With a Television and Ensuite facilities of a shower and a double basin unit, this is the perfect place to spend a little down time and relax Bedroom 3 – (upstairs) is a Queen Bedroom with the same luxurious interior that is included in all the bedrooms. It has a TV and Jack n Jill facilities that include a spacious shower with a double basin unit Bedroom 4 – (upstairs) Is a bunk bedroom that includes two bunk beds so will sleep 4 guests. It also includes a TV and Jack n Jill facilities that also include spacious shower and double basin unit. This Is a fabulous room for siblings, friends or cousins travelling together as they can enjoy time reliving the events of the day Pool Information: - Pool Size is approx.L: 13' 9" W: 8' 6" Home has a pool safety fence Pool heater is Electric appox $20 a day – min 3 days required (The pool would be heated for approx. 12 hours per day, normally 8am-8pm). Disclaimer - All sizes are approximate Resort Facilities: The resort facilities are run by a third party Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract. You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities Policies - Full guest list required 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in - Swim at your Own Risk - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbors at any time - Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more - Must be at least 28 years old to book - Photo ID required before check-in - Full list of guests required before check-in - Pool Heat is required to heat the spa - Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Huge Disappointment
BEWARE…..Just plain filthy. Not only would I question any level of supposed "COVID-level" cleaning, it was just plain disgusting. Floors were not vacuumed or mopped - your shoes would stick to the floor with each step. Kitchen countertops were sticky. Dishes were dirty. Stains on the couches were so disgusting my family would not sit on them. The book they leave you with all of the amenities, rules and instructions had old dried food and BBQ fingerprints in it. The pool deck had broken glass all over it and a couple of broken fingernails - not to mention there was so much mold on the outdoor furniture that it stained our clothes just sitting on it for 10 minutes. The partying all around was awful. Other rental homes blasting pounding music from sunrise to nearly midnight every night. Partying and drinking in the streets. So many cars in the road you couldn't get down some streets. So much for the gated community - which by the way was a disaster.... a 2 hour wait to get into the gate to check in. We arrived at night and went to the parks on back to back days all day so we really never saw the place in the daytime before our second to last day. That is when we contacted property management who only offered to send in a cleaning crew and commented that they wish I would have contacted them sooner. I would have expected some type of compensation for this mess of a situation, but all they offered was an apology. The real kicker is the $180 cleaning fee. I thought this place would have been spotless - and certainly the reviews prior to would lead you to believe it was at one time. They certainly should have offered to waive the cleaning fee with as bad a situation as this was. The property management dropped the ball on maintaining this place and we were the ones that lost. You just shouldn’t have to deal with a situation like this when you pay over $1,000 to stay somewhere.

Your review really saddens me as this is not a true reflection of this home, every review on this home has been 5 stars (no less) so your one star review is just not fair. I understand you did have a couple of small issues upon check in which we had fixed for you asap so to rate us one star is ludicrous. Regarding your wait at the gate, we did offer to send you a QR code for quick access but you did not take us up on this offer as we needed your direct email address. Had you provided your email address we could have issued the code to you and therefore prevented any delays you incurred at the gate. I honestly think the real reason for this review is you requested a full refund for the minor issues you raised that were fixed straight away and we could not justify this – hence your review!

Outstanding
Beautiful clean house with full amenities. Resort is excellent with huge pool, plenty of sun loungers and lovely clubhouse. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. I’ve stayed in many rental homes over the years and this was definitely one of the cleanest. Everything was provided for our self catering stay, plenty of kitchen utensils, towels etc. Exceptionally comfortable beds and all bedding and soft furnishings were clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault it and would certainly book in future.

Exceptional in every way!!
This was our second trip at Champions gate but our first at 9059 retreat. Our Group We had 5 adults (2 x +60 year old, 3 x 30+ year olds and one child 5) The Villa Located within the wonderful gated community of Champions gate which is idyllic in every aspect, The villa sits in a quiet offshoot of the main area roughly 2 mins (if that) drive of the main entrance. There are three master bedrooms and large room with 2 large bunk beds, all of which have significant space and plenty of closet room for even the heaviest of travellers (luggage). The rooms are spotless and really nicely designed. One of the rooms is downstairs but out of the way of the main downstairs living area which sits next to a bathroom. The living area is really expansive and provide everything you could possibly desire for a long stay in Orlando. We relaxed in maximum comfort for two weeks and really enjoyed our evenings together in this space. There is a pool at the back which we used a few times but spent most of our time when at Champions gate at the Oasis club which is a fantastic added benefit of staying on site at Champions gate. Surrounding area You have pretty much everything you need within 5-8 minutes drive including wonderful restaurants (Millers Ale House was a highlight) to Supermarkets (both Publix and Wallmart within short distances). As well as this there is a multitude of shops and small fast food options also available including petrol station etc. It really caters for everything you could possibly need. the only issue we had which isn't exclusive to Champions Gate and more of a word of advice for those spending a lot of time at the parks is the weight of Orlando traffic at pretty much all times of the day. Disney SHOULD take about 20-25 minutes to get to in the morning and Universal 30-35 minutes but we found that the traffic between junction 58 and 75 (probably all over to be fair) is just horrendous so you want to make sure you plan this into your journey's as you could add between 15-30 minutes to your journey time when traffic is particularly bad. It doesn't help that most mornings the news is reporting at least one road accident or delay but getting out of champions gate can sometimes take 15 minutes alone, this eases a little at the weekend when commuter traffic reduces but you'll still have the same issues when returning in the evening. This is somewhat unavoidable for anyone staying offsite from one of the two major parks though and a small price to pay for the ability to stay in such a wonderful resort and villa. Summary We loved this villa and continue to build on our love for the Champions gate resort itself. We were 5 adults and 1 child but you could easily and comfortably add a few more kids into that equation. The location on site is perfect and apart from the unavoidable traffic I cannot imagine there being a better option for us in Orlando. We will certainly be looking to re-visit 9059 and can't wait to book again.

Champions Gate Dogleg
This house was beautiful and really cleaned. We loved the area it was in and it was so closeto the parks. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the resort swimming pool was wonderful. Definitely would stay here again.

Fabulous accommodation and perfectly located
We had the pleasure of staying here for 10 days and was thrilled with the quality of the house and it's location. The house is very spacious and finished to a high standard. Champions gate is right in the middle of the parks area and easy to get to all the attractions and ideally situated to visit both the east and west coasts. The area is nice and quiet too so ideal for a light sleeper like myself. Added bonus was the leisure complex just a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend!
