Nous avons été accueilli avec café et gâteau local, très convivial et très sympathique. L’appartement est spacieux ,très propre et bien équipé. il est situé dans un petit hameau très agréable avec accès a la mer par un petit escalier. Le soir apéritif et diner en terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la baie. La journée excursion entre autre a Dubrovnik situé a 8 Kms. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cet endroit et de la convivialité des propriétaires .

Gorgeous Setting - with small beach on the doorstep
This accommodation was no frills but had all that we needed. It was ideally situated to get the bus into Dubrovnik for the day and save on the car parking charges! Having the beach 2 minutes away was a bonus and just what we needed to cool off. The view from the balconies was lovely. We appreciated the air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, but the third bedroom and other rooms were very warm in the August heat.
We were greeted by Marija's daughter who was really friendly and helpful and there was cold water and yummy cake left for us.
(You might want to make sure you have detailed directions to the property as our sat nav didn't quite get us there.)
We had a vert enjoyable stay - thank you!

Fantastic location and apartemnt
I stayed at the apartment with my wife and 3 children for 10 days. We had a fantastic holiday.
We were met by the owner Marija who offered us cakes and coffee on our arrival and offered us advice on visiting local locations.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and had every thing we required for the stay. 2 of the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a nice kitchen and dining room.
There are balconies in each of the bedrooms overlooking the beautiful Zaton bay,
There is then a shared patio area where you can have your meals outside.
Also there is secure parking available.
Zaton itself is a beautiful quiet bay about 15KM north of Dubrovnik.
There is everything you need there including great restaurants, supermarkets and lots of water sports available,
There is a designated swimming area in front of the apartment which is safe and sheltered (and also cordoned off so boats cannot enter in). It is very safe for young children.
Marija (and her mother) were always available and were excellent hosts.
We really enjoyed our time in Zaton and would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic property in great location provided by lovely family
Having just come back from our holiday, we can only say good things about the location of this property, our hosts and Dubrovnik.
The property is located in Zaton which is circa 15 minutes drive from Dubrovnik Old Town. We rented a car at the airport, so we can't really say much about the bus service. The owner also offered to order a taxi for us from the airport. Food shops are easy to reach in about 5 minutes (walking).
A quiet and clean stone beach two minutes walk downhill is shared by locals and tourists. The water quality is amazing and we went swimming every day several times.
The property we let was clean and offered all we needed including towels, bed linen, cutlery, plates and cookware.
Our hosts were very friendly and happy to help with any question/query we had. We could not have asked for better.
We sampled a few restaurants nearby, but the best one was Kanoba Capo in Zaton Veliki about 10 minutes walk along the sea. Very good food and friendly waiters.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso
Una sorpresa x noi scoprire una location così bella...le camere tutte dotate di balcone con affaccio sulla sendida laguna,pulitissime con aria condizionata.lo stesso vale anche per i bagni e la cucina. Credo di non aver mai trovato una casa in affitto così pulita. L ospitalità della signora Enia é stata unica!!!la gentilezza nel prepararci torte,caffè latte succhi di frutta...L aiutarci x le escursioni consigli sui ristoranti ecc é stato notevole!!!unica!!!ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati! Per non parlare della piccola spiaggetta a 15scalini da casa!!!! La pace dei sensi.inoltre a pochi passi da casa,costeggiando la laguna,si arriva nel piccolo centro di zaton,dove vi sono market e ristoranti dove si mangia benissimooo!!! Siamo pienamente soddisfatti,svegliarsi con lo sbrilluccichio del mare che trapela dalle grate della porta finestra é incantevole!!! Per me,per
noi non potevamo desiderare di meglio!! Speriamo di tornarci presto!! :)))
