We welcome you to Kefalonia and would like to ensure that we strictly follow all Cleaning Protocols!
Our cozy 2 bedroom bungalows are located locate just 2 min walk from the picturesque beach of Klimatsias (Spartia). Each house features a living room with open-plan kitchen, a cozy veranda, bathroom with WC/shower/sink, 2 bedrooms and lovely green yard around.
One of the bungalows has its own fenced territory, glazed veranda with comfortable bed.
Long term rentals welcome!
Each bungalow is designed for 4-5 people. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other - two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, where the fifth guest can quite comfortably settle down.
Upon a preliminary agreement, it is possible to accommodate the 6th guest using an extra bed.

The beach is nearby while the center of Spartia is 2 km away and the road goes uphill. Thus, we think, a car is necessary. It will allow to reach local amenities in 3 min, explore numerous Kefalonia beaches.
Baby cot, high chair are provided upon request.
Upon your request, we can arrange for you transfer or car hire.

Lovely stay!
Wonderful, clean cottage very close to the beach. All the comforts of home. Everything you could possibly need is in this house. Few restaurants nearby. Lovely stay. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay
Wonderful place to stay and a very welcoming host. Katerina was always available and answered all of our questions within a few minutes. The beach (so nice!!) and restaurants were all within walking distance. Hope to return soon. Thanks!

Sweet and relaxing place )
We have stayed here a number of times during last 5 years. The owners are attentive and friendly. The on line pictures of the property are accurate and the reality is even better ) Excellent taverns are near by. The Spartia and Thermanti beaches are so beautiful!! All in all the place is very relaxing and sweet and we have already booked the cottage for 2018 :).

Gorgeous Greek getaway.
Couldn't have chosen better for our first Ketalonian experience. Welcomed at the airport by Katerini's smiling daughter, Angela, who drove us to the resort and our cottage where we were to stay for 10 glorious days. Our wonderful host Katerini had stocked the fridge for us and provided a delicious meal for our first evening. For us, the location was great, perched on the side of a hill with views across the bay and out to sea. A 2 minute walk down the hill and we were on the sandy beach with warm shallow water, ideal for children and non-swimmers. With 2 beach restaurants to choose from, lunch wasn't a problem. A five minute walk up the hill was a lovely Taverna specialising in fresh fish caught by the owner's brother. To travel further afield, a car was essential, but is worth it to explore this picturesque island.
Katerini was on hand and very helpful, even giving us a lift up to the local village shops and Taverna! Not to mention the jar of local honey left on our doorstep one morning! Can't wait for our next visit.

Keith, from the first moment we saw both of you, we felt like we know you many years. You were smiley, open heart, polite. We were very happy to have you in our home. We wanted to start our days by telling you good morning. Your dignity made us to respect you and love you. Keith, when you come back, I will tell you many stories about kefalonia and we let Wendy to walk up the hill........ Kisses
