highly recommend this villa. beautiful modern villa near some bars and restaurants. management company were great especially Luis who was always on hand to assist with any questions. highly recommend and will defo be booking again

Wont regret booking this villa
Just returned from a 2 week holiday staying in this amazing villa. The pictures are a true representation of what you get, it is just stunning.
Housekeeping come in twice a week and change towels and bedding but the villa also provides pool towels and these are changed twice a week too, such a lovely touch.
The villa is ideally situated and is only a short walk to some restaurants and bars so it takes the pressure off having to go into old town, however that is only about 15 minutes drive away,
There is a small supermarket close by that has fresh bread every morning and Aldi and Lidl are about 20 mins drive away, which we organised the company transport to take us to.
Helen is amazing and greeted us to allow us to store our luggage (we had an early flight) while the villa was prepared for us.
Cindy, the villa Manager, was lovely. She met us at check in time and went through all the information that we needed and was also on hand for any questions.
The star of the holiday was Luis, who drives for the company. He is just a lovely man who took us to different places. He even took us to the local market and translated for us so that we could but some local produce. He also drove us out to a restaurant that he uses himself. The food there was lovely and it was something that we probably would not have experienced without his recommendation. Nothing was too much trouble and he took away the stress of having to book taxis.
The company is professional and efficient and I would definitely recommend them. We are already looking to book again next year as it was so good.

Amazing place
Just returned from a week in the beautiful villa Carlivo. First time in a villa and we’ve been totally converted! It was amazing, location was perfect for us, close enough walk (few mins) to a couple of villages with few bars, restaurants & supermarkets, 15 mins walk to such a beautiful beach and 10 mins in a taxi to villamoura and Albufeira old town. The villa has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The pool and bbq areas are fab. Even before we arrived the amazing staff answered all of my questions, then on arrival we had the lovely Cindy showing us around, and checking in with me throughout to make sure we were enjoying our stay. During our stay one of the parasols broke and within an hour of letting Cindy know, we had the lovely Miguel & a maintenance guy at the villa fixing it. Amazing service. I’m already looking at dates for next year to return !

Outstanding !!
Absolutely beautiful Villa, very well maintained, spotless clean and very private. If you are looking an escape with relaxation guaranteed then this villa is for you. We were made very welcome by Paula and Orlando who really made the trip perfect as they could not have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We are already looking forward to returning next year. Top notch, definitely recommended.

Fantastic!
From the moment we arrived at the villa , we knew we had struck gold, the house is very spacious, immaculate condition everywhere was spotless , we had the most amazing week there , the villa is equipped with everything you could want and even the barbecue area outside was great . I have to mention the beautiful Paula and of course Orlando, they were just great always on hand if needed , and both have great knowledge of the whole area restaurants etc , could not meet nicer people . And as we have already booked to return next year I think that’s says it all.

Villa with a Wow factor
Fantastic modern villa styled and equipped as you would expect. 5 spacious bedrooms in immaculate condition as is the villa throughout. Pool was heated and very clean. The manager Helen was super helpful as indeed was the transport guy Pedro.i would highly recommend a stay and no one would be disappointed

Magical villa in gorgeous setting!
It pains me to give a glowing review of this spectacular villa as it is becoming more-and-more difficult to book, and for good reason.
We've stayed here for 2 years. It's a gated home, set in a gorgeous neighborhood very near the beach and stones throw away from the town center and Intermarche.
The pool is vast, surrounded by manicured grounds and lovely outdoor grilling and dining area.
Inside, 4 of 5 bedrooms boast private bathrooms, though there are 5 toilets. The house is modern, beautiful and sparkling clean, with maid service during the stay.
The owner and staff are friendly and attentive and Portugal is just beautiful.

Beautiful family villa.
The villa was over and above our expectations .Neat clean and tidy,well built ,well appointed ,spacious, and quality fixtures and fittings throughout. We were 8 adults,2 toddlers and 2 babies. Great pool, two outside seating / eating areas and a purpose built BBQ. Secure and not overlooked.The villa is a 5 minute walk to a good choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are 2 well stocked supermarkets in the village and bigger supermarkets if necessary a 10 minute car journey away.Helen, the villa manager, was very friendly , professional and responsive to any queries we had. The only negative we had was a lack of hooks in the bathrooms a minor point that did not spoil our two week stay in this beautiful family villa.

Une belle villa confortable dans une région magnifique
Un endroit calme, parfumé des fleurs des orangers environnants ;villa très propre et bien entretenue, avec jolie piscine(chauffée en option, et fin Avril nous avons apprécié cette possibilité puisque les nuits sont fraîches ) . Helen la manager répond très vie à toutes les demandes. La plage de Falaisia, merveilleusement belle, est à 2 km, et la région est magnifique . Nous étions 9 dans cette maison, et y avons passé de très belles vacances.

Wow, Wow, Wow.
Now we know why Villa Carlivo has so many excellent reviews, a private secure villa, great family holiday was had with grandparents, children and grandchildren. Big thank you to Pedro and his colleagues for the taxi service during our stay, taking us to the villa from the airport assisting with our luggage, introducing us to the delicious oranges and giving us a bit of history lesson on route, first class service.
The villa was spacious and well equipped, all bedrooms were spacious with there own ensuites. The villa was private and not overlooked, the children had plenty of playing room outside and the pool upon request was heated, the children, two 7 year olds and one 5 went in the pool as soon as we arrived and every day went swimming even when we had the one rainy day. Fantastic BBQ, took a trip to Aldi for supplies.
The beautiful sandy beach is not far to walk, we only paid a visit to the beach once, the pool was plenty of entertainment for the children.
Went to Zoomarine for the day, great place to visit with children, there were dolphin, sealions, parrot and bird shows, plus a pirate show, rides and water park.
There are local shops, restaurants and a pharmacy all within easy walking distance from the villa.
Read the review given from guests from Nottinghamshire who stayed October 2017 their review is an excellent accurate review of the villa and surrounding amenities.
