First stay at this beautiful apartment and it I mmediately took our breath away.The location is so relaxing.The views of the Med and the mountains are stunning.The huge balcony is amazing.Plenty of space to sunbathe or take shade under the pergola.Good quality comfortable sun loungers provided.We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony and enjoyed an evening drink just looking out to sea.The apartment is very clean and is freshly decorated inside and outside and kept remarkably cool even in July because of the shutters. We did not need to use the aircon during the night.An abundance of restaurants and bars on and across from the beautiful promenade.Large supermarkets are a short bus journey away but they deliver your shopping for about 4 euros.The walk up the hill to the apartment is a bit arduous so best to do a large shop at the start of the holiday.Dave immediately answered any questions we had and eagerly helped us arrange transfers from and back to the airport.It was the best flat we have stayed in and hope to return again.

3rd year in a row that we have stayed at this apartment and we never tire of the place, especially sitting on the balcony with the stunning views. Will definitely be staying again.

This apartment was perfect for us for a quiet relaxing self catering twelve day break in Mojacar Playa. We have stayed in Mojacar many times but never have been so fortunate to have such an uninterrupted beautiful view over the Med not only from the terrace, but from every window in the flat. The beds are very comfortable and appliances all worked well, in fact ithe flat was well maintained and very clean throughout. There was a generous welcome pack in the fridge on our arrival including a bottle of wine and some cold beers! We enjoyed all the benefits of wifi, satellite TV and the air conditioner, (which we now look for as standard in any holiday rental). We definitely recommend car hire as it is a very steep climb from the beach. However once inside the complex it's easy access all the way, which suited us oldies with wonkie joints! From the car park to the apartment and the lovely swimming pool just beside the apartment it is pretty much all on one level, so great if you can't manage steps. We loved it would definitely stay here again.

Perched high above the very pretty southern end of Mojacar Playa, this apartment is clean, well-equipped and suitably spacious with comfy beds and beautiful scenic views of mountain and sea. This was our second visit - which speaks for itself - and we would heartily recommend it to any couple looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, especially in early / late or out-of-season.

Excellent apartment in the modern Puerto Marina development in beautiful Mojacar Playa. Clean, comfortable, easy access and wonderful views from the balcony. What more could you want.

A thoroughly relaxing and well furnished apartment with superb balcony with all day sunshine and high level of privacy. Shared pool but while we were there we had it to ourselves every day. At the southern end of the strand of development that is Mojacar Playa so plenty of restaurants within a mile or so - some a little too English for our tastes but recommend La Pika and El Sitio for tasty Spanish food. The complex is up quite a steep hill so, although we enjoy walking, a car is advisable. Once on the promenade it's a pleasant walk along the front with a choice of beaches and we walked along a coastal footpath to a coastal watchtower and observatory (steep climb up to) to the south of the developed area. Good value accommodation for what is provided - no complaints at all.

Enjoyed this stay even more than last year. The apartment has had some small updates since last year, which have made it even better. Still think it is the best apartment we have stayed at - the balcony is to die for

We stayed here for a week in February and are hoping to go back in October. The apartment has everything you need for a truly wonderful holiday. We only paddled in the pool as it was early in the season so water felt very cold. Ideal place for drives along the coast in either direction as well as going inland for places of interest. Lovely bars and restaurants nearby, all very reasonably priced.

we spent a month at this apartment . It was great place to stay amazing views, lovely terrace, Ideal for sunbathing, the swimming pool is only a few steps away. we would definitely go back to this apartment!!
