Fantastic villa

Superb Apartment in the real Spain
This was our third time in this apartment and it never ceases to be appealing. When I say apartment it is actually a single storey dwelling beside the owners house. It has all the amenities required for self catering but with the weather here you will discover that you are outside most of the time. The apartment is clean and everything is as described on the website. There is a private terrace on top with superb views of the surrounding area and over to the small town of Iznajar. Evening time is a marvel with the sunsets never ceasing to amaze. The countryside is filled with olive trees as far as you can see. The property is located in a quiet hamlet which has a bar/restaurant about 50 meters away serving excellent food and a small shop nearby. Further afield there are other bars and restaurants located in the countryside and the town of Iznajar has a plentiful supply.
Kath and Kev are first class hosts and are always willing to help regarding trips either near or far. Kath is a qualified massage therapist and has a newly built salon on site.
Towns within easy reach are Malaga and Granada with Cordoba and Seville a bit further away.
Kath is very proud of her immaculate gardens and terraces which have a number of seating areas so you can enjoy sun or shade as required. The amazing large pool is at your door for enjoying a cool dip at any time of day.
Free parking and wifi just add to the enjoyment of this wonderful location.
To show how much we appreciate this place we have actually booked again for May 2018!

Thanks to Kath and Kevin, we had a great holiday break - fabulous place to stay, two minutes walking distance from the best bar/restaurant in the area, all you need on tap, why go anywhere else !! highly recommend it.

Relaxing and friendly holiday
Just returned from a great week in this apartment. Just what the doctor ordered. A lovely, quiet and relaxing holiday. The place is clean. The pool is as nice as it looks and there is plenty of room to accommodate the three apartments. Kath and Kevin were very welcoming and helpful (maybe it was the reminder of home with those Yorkshire accents ... and we enjoyed Kev's paella very much! )

excelent relaxing getaway
wonderful stay very clean bungalow, hosts Kath and Kevin very friendly, lots of sun beds and large very clean pool. Had a very relaxing stay have stayed before and will be returning in near future. Always a friendly welcome on arrival.

Kath and Kevin are great host's, our accommodation was very clean and spacious, with all the amenities you would want for a relaxing enjoyable holiday, also should you wish to eat out or have a drink, there is a great bar/restaurant within 2 minutes walk plus a shop to top up anything you may have forgotten from your main shopping. I would highly recommend this rental

Heaven and a hidden gem
Kath and Kev are wonderful hosts who go that extra mile for their guests,the welcome we got was wonderful and our accomadation superb .If you are looking for the ultimate chill out break look no further and only just over an hour from Malage,Granada and other beautiful locations in Andalucia

Loved it.
Visited for 4 days with the intention of just getting away from it all and this was certainly the place to do that, still took time to drive out to some of the surrounding villages which were equally as stunning and very welcoming and the area is just so beautiful.
Eating out at the bar was very good food and good value with nothing too much for the staff who's English was as sparse as my Spanish but hey it works.
Kath and Kev are great hosts and very helpful and have got the right blend of accommodation and area to make it such a relaxing break. Will definitely be returning.
