Little gem
This is a great self contained apartment. It has everything that you need. A little kitchen, fridge, washing machine, large flat screen tv. Excellence air con unit & great wifi too.
There’s a large Comfy bed with lovely fresh white linen, the towels are white & fluffy.
There are two settees but no kitchen table & chairs, it’s a bit of a let down as there’s nowhere to eat your meals.
There’s pool access & it’s has sunshine all day, there’s a great swiveling chair & large pool towels
The only real negative I have is the pool area, this is in desperate need of maintenance, the sunbeds & umbrellas are all broken & the decking has lifted in a few places exposing nails & screws.
I must stress that this has nothing to do with Andrea the owner of the apartment but to the hotel itself.
This is a great apartment & we would not hesitate to stay in it again in the near future.

Not what I expected
I was disappointed on arrival as I was expecting a one bedroom apartment. It was, in fact, a studio apartment, a one room unit, with a separate shower and a separate toilet recessed behind a couple of doors. No actual bathroom. It was well furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings including two very efficient air conditioners. A bonus was the very fast unlimited internet. Also provided was cable TV (didn’t work some of the time - building cable problems or maybe us – no instructions available to follow), front loading washing machine, frig, stove top coffee maker, toaster, electric jug, blender, glass topped electric hot plate and electric oven. A good supply of toiletries and other necessities was provided. The king size bed was comfortable. The patio has direct access to a lap pool which extends onto the main pool area. The surrounds of the condominium are well maintained but it is a steep trudge up the hill from the shops without hiring a scooter or having transport.
The inside appearance was marred by the scattering of junky knick knacks on every available surface leaving no room for guest belongings and also too many cushions on the sofas leaving no room to sit without moving cushions. There was no available power point to plug in one of the bedside lamps! The cupboards need to be sorted and tidied to make ample room for guest’s belongings; the wardrobe was overflowing with linen so there was insufficient room to unpack and store our clothes. I actually needed to tidy the kitchen nook so I could locate crockery to use. One would expect with the advertised “luxury apartment” a microwave and possibly a clothes dryer. Not so. By western standards it is definitely not a luxury apartment but a nice apartment. What were REALLY LACKING were a small table and two chairs. We had to eat from the coffee table whilst sitting on one of the two low set sofas. Not comfortable at all. We noticed a number of other units had a small table and two chairs on their patio. The outdoor patio chaise and cushions were dirty and needed cleaning so we wouldn’t use them. The inside of the unit was spotlessly clean.
Basically a pleasant stay even with the above mentioned short comings but the unit does need minor attention to make it more comfortable and enjoyable for its guests and live up to expectations..

Härlig lägenhet med direkt access till poolen.
Poolen direkt anslutning från balkongen! nära till minimarket, 10 min promenad till den underbara stranden.
Mindre bra vi fick inget mottagande när vi kom. Som tur var hjälpte en kvinna och man oss så vi fick nyckeln till lägenheten. Väldigt lyhört annars fin studio. Köket väldigt litet men det fungerar om man inte ska tillaga mycket mat. För liten garderob pga redan mycket saker i det...som semesterboende helt ok.

Could not ask for better, lots of little extras - Great Place to stay.
Stayed for 10 nights and a lovely little place to stay, as out of season and most apartments appear unsold practically had the place to ourselves. Beautiful views from the pool. Plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. So many little extras that made this a home from home. Wifi a big bonus. Highly recommened.

As described! A luxury apartment
A great apartment in a quite location but with easy access to all the action.
Booking was very easy and all questions were answered very quickly.
On a return visit to phuket we will be stopping
here again.

Excellent
We were met by Irina, who showed us the Apartment. We arrived earlier than check in, so we left our suitcases and went to have a look around the area.
This was the perfect location for us, just a short walk to everything at Karon.
To the main road, turn left and 5 minutes walk to where the bars, shops, restaurants start and another few minutes to the Beach.
There is a "travel shop" about 5mins walk away (turn right at the main road) where you can arrange tours or taxi's. I think they also rent motorbikes. We booked our taxi to the Airport with them, the Lady who owned the shop was really nice and a safe driver.
The Appt is situated away from any road noise so it's peaceful if you just want to hang around the building. (you will hear the occasional noisy motorbike but hey, that's Thailand)
The Appt was modern, very nicely decorated with lots of cushions. It has a good size shower room and separate toilet, the large bed was not rock hard like most, so it made a nice change and the AirCon was superb. It has a large Fridge and a modern Washing Machine.
The terrace has direct access to the pool, which goes all around the building, if you want to go for a swim :) and for those who like the Sun, the terrace gets it all day long. We bought a couple of Lilos and just lay on them in the pool...very nice !
We had a couple of questions while we there. All we had to do was send a text message to Irina and she replied quickly.

Would we stay again ? Yes, this appt was perfect for us and a great place to stay.

Très bien
Nous avons appréciez la baie vitrée avec sa petite terrasse et un accès direct à la piscine. Très bon séjour chambre idéal pour un couple. Nous avons aussi apprécié le professionnalisme du propriétaire et recommandons vivement cette résidence

luxury realmente!
Struttura del 2014 perfetta! Pochi minuti dal mare ...ma chi va al mare quando hai una piscina meravigliosa e di notte romanticamente illuminata solo aprendo la tua porta finestra ? Appartamento di gran classe curatissimo nei minimi particolari ...sembra di essere in un hotel a 7 stelle ! Sogno già di ritornare
