The best of the best luxury villas!
WOW! This place is truly amazing. I have stayed in many villas throughout Thailand and these villas on the Bismarks Paradise complex are among the best. What makes your stay here different to all the rest is the amount of extra luxury provided at no extra cost. You can ask for anything here and the staff will try there best to provide it. Location is great and the views are stunning, all the tech works brilliantly and food and drink provided is great. House maid is dedicated to your villa and cooks up a great breakfast, does your cleaning, shopping, washing and also cooks up a great BBQ! Our contact Mr M also organised all our transport and anything else we wanted. This place is the best of the best for sure!

Ideal beach villa for a small family with kids and grandparents
Instead of getting 3 rooms at a hotel by the beach, we decided to just get a pool villa and enjoy some quiet time to ourselves. This was the ideal getaway! My parents are getting old and in their late 60s, my brother arrived with his 1.5 year old boy. It was the perfect spot for 5 adults and a toddler. The villa was stocked with goodies and a welcome package. On the first day we got adventurous and walked to 7-Eleven for groceries. That proved to be a little too long of a walk for my mum who's not in the best condition. We proceeded to rent a car for the next few days after. The pool was nice and well maintained! We also requested from Em to have the massage staff come to our villa to do massage for us. It was a real treat. Prices were reasonable. We also had our cook (her name happens to sound like "Cook" too!) cook for us 1-2 meals per day. It was so convenient especially if you have special diets for health reasons. Her homestyle cook was simple yet delicious. She also purchased papaya salad and mango sticky rice (yum!). I worked in the late nights (US time) and for most of the time, the WiFi connection was fast and stable, certainly reliable. We all returned from our vacation much more tan than when we started. Love the surrounding beaches and the restaurants nearby. Certainly a very comfortable vacation!

Super Villa with some improvement capacity to make it even better
We just came back yesterday...our stay in phuket was too good. Mr.M was very helpful and he was always reachable. Mrs.Cook our maid, a very nice lady. She did her job good. She was very helpful too.. The villa is nice..very clean...but the toilets needs a renovation... Only negative i have to say about washing the clothes... I came to see how the maid washed...the bedsheets and towels are washed in a rinse and spin programm which is a no go for a hotel/villa etc..anything to do with more customers... I informed them that they should wash it in 95degree programms. Hope they will do needed and give the needed instructions for the maids. But overall it was a superb stay...thx u folks for the superb service😍

Superb family holiday retreat
The perfect location, handy to beaches, markets, and the airport is close but not invasive. This holiday home was fantastic, it had a calming vibe, a beautiful tropical garden and the pool made our family holiday complete. We were able to have lots of rest time to rejuvenate our selves. Beautiful furniture too. Lovely local made things such as the beautiful solid table and the wall hangings. Mr. M was friendly and always available with lots of local knowledge and helped us out when we needed to organize extra transport., we appreciated that very much. One of the great things about this villa is the housekeeper, our one was so good, we really enjoyed her service. Yummy bacon and eggs Breakfast, fresh local fruit and good local knowledge, thank you:-). We definitely want to return to Thailand, and will definitely want to stay at this holiday home again, our family really loved it! We highly recommend it.

Fantastic retreat away from hustle of main stream Phuket
Just returned from this villa after 12 day stay with our friends. Cannot say enough about the villa or team running it. Total efficiency from start to finish. Our maid was excellent and never unhappy, she was in fact prepared to do more than we expected. Always providing and endless supply of fresh fruit for us, washing our clothes and providing endless supply of clean towels.The villa set up is excellent with a small salt water pool which is checked every day by another of the team, who also doubles up as general odd-job man. The location is off the beaten track so a car is essential, but don't worry the team arrange at very favorable rates including insurance (remember to take international driving licence). Two beaches within 4 kms of the villa, don't walk to them especially in high temperatures! Both these beaches Nai Thong and Nai Yang have excellent selection of restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Lovely villas in a quieter location in Phuket
We are just finishing up an 11 night stay in Villa Orchid. The villa has been an excellent choice for us ( we are 4 adults in out early 50s). The villas are beautifully kept and equipped and have all the creature comforts of home. The maid comes in quietly each day and does an excellent job of keeping the house on track without being in the way. Our maid helped us with meals when we were home, washed up after us, did our laundry, did our local shopping for us and made sure we had a never ending supply of fresh towels. She even washed our beach shoes when we returned from the beach!! We had our maid cook a couple of dinners for us, both of which were excellent and extremely cheap. The villa is located between two lovely beaches - Nai Thon and Nai Yang. Both beaches were very pretty and largely clean. They had trees for shade. We found we preferred these beaches to the crowded and more popular beaches of Patong, Kamala and Surin. Most evenings we ate out at either Nai Thon or Nai Yang and there was a good selection of moderately priced restaurants. For 4 adults with alcohol we never paid more than 2000 Thai Bhat and usually paid less than 1500 Bhat. These villas really are a great choice for those who want to enjoy the beauty and climate of Phuket, but want to be away from the crowds. Guests should know that you would need a car unless you want to spend a fortune on taxis. Finally I want to say that the Bismarck organization is excellent. Our airport transfers occurred without difficulty. Whenever we had a question, we could just pick up our cell phone and it would be answered immediately. Rides were arranged as needed. One day we could not buy beer at the store due to liquor licensing rules. We called Bismarck and just as we got home cold beers were being placed in our fridge! We would definitely come again. This is a perfect place for a quiet stress free vacation!!

LE paradis
Un merveilleux séjour dans cette sublime villa. Tout est fait pour passer d'excellentes vacances, cuisinière à votre disposition qui en plus vous fait votre lessive. Possibilité de louer vélo,scooter et voiture sur place. Un responsable fera tout pour que vous passiez un top séjour, réservations d'activités privé ou pas(anglais fortement souhaité). La villa est somptueuse avec à votre disposition ordinateur et un téléphone portable pour être si besoin en relation avec le responsable, et ce 24/24! La plage se trouve à moins de 5 minutes avec restaurants et club de plongée. le Paradis quoi ;)

Well kept villa with private pool and attentive staff
Clean, spacious, and overall beautiful villa. Enjoyed the high ceilings and open design with the walls facing the pool able to collapse open (which we did as much as possible). Bathroom was large and kept very neat by the maid who came daily. The swimming pool was kept very clean and well maintained. The water was slightly salty as compared to chlorinated; I was a fan. Gated entrance to the complex for privacy. Sepp was very helpful and an excellent host.

we have a dreamvacation in phuket .very clean and spacious with a nice pool who let us stay mostly in the villa even beaches are not far but we got this homy feeling

Excellent villa
Stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful and extremely well equipped. Spent a lot of time in the pool which was very good, very clean and well tended to by the staff. Pool is great for adults but not so for little ones who can't swim as it is deep. However our 4 year old grandson learned to swim here! The villa had arm bands, goggles and swimming aids which they were very happy to provide. It had a great kitchen with everything you could need, including a maid! She was very pleasant and washed and cooked for us. We could have had her cook for us at night but because we were visiting family we never needed her to. It is very inexpensive if she does cook out of hours. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff, and they were all attentive but discreet. We would return to this villa as it was so well kept, in fact we could have just stayed in and not gone out at all!! Car necessary I think. Close to Nai Thon and Nai Yang beaches but only if transported. All in all a very nice place.
