We spent 3 nights here at the end of our holiday in Ikaria. Fairly new apartment (no.3) equipped with a washing machine and comfortable beds, sleeps family of 4. The shower has nice pressure, enough hot and cold water and the design is very special and cool. Going down to the sea for a swim you will need balding shoes. A bit slippery so take care. You can park right outside the apartment and there are outdoor furniture to enjoy. Absolutely ravishingly sunsets (thus the name), quiet and private, a friendly happy dog to greet you after coming back from a 7 minutes walk from Nas square. Kostas-the owner- is also very friendly and helpful. A toaster and some more cutlery would do good:)) Thanks for a pleasant stay ;))

L'appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Armenistis; per le spiagge più belle è necessaria l'auto. Ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere le spiagge di Gialiskari, Nas, ecc. La proprietaria è fonte di informazioni su tutta l'isola; pulizia ottima.

Sunset dreams studios are very well located in a very quiet place between Nas and Armenistis.Views of the sunset are really fantastic!!! The studios are very comfortable!!! Hospitallity of the owner, Kostas Christodoulou, will be unforgettable!!!

Entre Armenistis et Nas, grand studio avec cuisine, face à la mer. Mériterait un peu plus d’équipement de cuisine, c'est en cours. Il suffit de descendre l'escalier qui mène à la mer pour se baigner. Le propriétaire donne volontiers accès à son potager. Idéal pour explorer l'Ile (Magnifique)

Great place for family vacations. Amazing and welcoming environment created by Kostas Christodoulou. Kostas is a hospitable and smiling man with a unique garden containing from tomatoes to watermelon and melon. Beautiful location, amazing room and every day a different sunset, every night a unique sky. I highly recommend!!

Sunset Dreams is on the western portion of the north coast (near Nas). It is a bit of a remote location - Nas is a small town and Sunset Dreams is just outside of town. It is a pleasant walk into Nas, dark at night, but with beautiful stars. Nas may not have all the amenities, but it has some really good restaurants including two with spectacular views over the ruins of an ancient temple and the beach. The obvious advantage of this stretch of coast is the views of the sunset (thus the name). We found enough to do and eat within a half hour drive to gain a good kilo in less than a week. The vegetables fresh from the garden were a real treat. The studios are both very comfortable and very quiet (we slept in more than we intended). They are well appointed and have beautiful stone work. The place is quite new (there are a few details -- like the landscaping--that are works in progress). The proprietors are very welcoming and helpful. Valentino, the cat is utterly adorable! The swimming area is rocky -- with protected pools for entry and windy days. On calm days you can swim out into the open sea with interesting rocks, crabs, anemones, and fish. On windy days you can stay in the pools that fill with bubbles. Be sure to bring water shoes and snorkels. We definitely plan to go back.

What isn't to be said about the amazing rentals at Sunset Dreams. I have traveled all around Greece and have yet to find such a perfect balance of hospitable staff, scenic location, and high end accomodations all for an excellent price. The rooms all have great high speed internet and plenty of hot water, air conditioning, and comfort items. Open your door every morning to the sound of waves crashing and an unobstructed view of the Mediterranean. Walk to restaurants and night life at Nas or take a short drive to most destinations on the island. The owner will be more than happy to tell you about his favorite spots for different types of Greek cuisine on the island. The souvlaki is a must try! My only regret about my stay at Sunset Dreams was leaving. Excited to return and see all the changes, hang out with my new friends from the island, and relax at one of the most peaceful settings I've ever witnessed.

All rooms have waterfront views! Spacious and well-equipped studios with a private rocky beach on the property. The hosts are also friendly and fluent in English. You can also easily walk to Nas to swim or for lunch/dinner or even afternoon yoga! The vegetables we picked from the garden were delicious. And of course, ours days ended with a uniquely beautiful sunset.
