The day area has a bright living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy your favorite series or movies thanks to the modern TV with wired internet.

The rooms were as advertised, in excellent condition!
Nicely decorated and very restful after 18 frazzled hours in a snowy Boston Logan...Mr. Sanchez waited for hours for Jet Blue to deliver his tenants, and we were bumped TWICE for the connecting flight from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Santo Domingo! I was VERY glad to see the apartment as advertised; there was LA SIRENA market to get odds and ends for the apartment (PS bring your washcloths) but overall, a restful stay for the weary....

Nice area, clean apartment, fast internet.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom room apartment for 4 nights.
Positive: Nice area close to the guagua (bus) that takes you to the beach at Boca Chica. Close to Tres Ojos and the aquarium. Donald and his wife are very kind and helpful. A small shop around the corner. Very clean apartment and fast internet (if you're close to the Wifi modem). Good fan, you don't even need the air condition. Very good price compared to other apartments i Sto Domingo.
Negative: We didn't always have hot water, but at the same time, who needs hot water in a hot country? When we booked the 2 room apartment, the picture showed us 1 room with 2 beds and another room with 1 big bed. Well, both room had 1 bed, one bigger than the other. We asked for the other bed and they told us that we had to pay 15$/night to get the other bed. We didn't have time to argue so we took it.

Great experience!
I loved this place! Very, very, very comfortable apartment, the area was quiet and great to relax. It had easy access to the main point of Santo Domingo. Donald was very pleasant and always attentive. I didnt have a chance to have their breakfast because I was being too lazy, but the smell was amazing. I will absolutely use this service again and again. It was all easy and comfortable!

Everything you see on the website is exactly what you get.
Donald and his family were very accomadating. You also get a really good deal with him on the rental car. I would suggest renting the car from him and not the airport. The apartment was clean and I had no issues. It had a real home like appeal. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay with Donald again.

Love the Place!!
we really enjoy our stay, place was very clean and looked exactly like the picture. Mr.Donald was very attentive and helpful. Very nice person. Apt. was in excellent condition and the price unbeatable. we had a very nice time and enjoy our vacation, Thanks Mr. Donald for the hospitality, defenetly will recomend and stay here again. Dont let this opportunity pass,we felt home and enjoyed that!!

Great place to stay
Very clean, neat, hot water, nice kitchen. Donald is a really nice person and great help, so is the rest of his family. Reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again.

This was my first vacation in Dominican Republic and I loved it. Donald and his family were very polite and welcoming and I enjoyed my stay at his apartment, during my time there I became good friends with him and his family and Travel advice was freely available from Donald or his Family if and when needed, Donald's biggest concern was my safety and comfort. He was always checking and confirming that I had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation, All I can say is that Donald and his family was very helpful and very hospitable! The apartment I stayed in was elegant, clean, and a very comfortable, I'd recommend the apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, and homey place to stay!
